To be fair, it seems like live action animation hybrids are absent from this collection since Mary Poppins and Bedknobs & Broomsticks are no shows either
>James and the Giant Peach (1996) >The Tigger Movie (2000) >Return to Never Land (2002) >The Jungle Book 2 (2003) >Piglet’s Big Movie (2003) >Pooh’s Heffalump Movie (2005) >Planes (2013) >Planes: Fire & Rescue (2014)
Of ALL the movies to include, why these?
Atlantis, Treasure Planet, Chicken Little, and Strange World are all there too. Like it or not, they are still part of the offical Dinsey animated history, so they're forced to remember it for something like this
>The Tigger Movie (2000) >Return to Never Land (2002) >The Jungle Book 2 (2003) >Piglet’s Big Movie (2003) >Pooh’s Heffalump Movie (2005)
Might as well add Recess Schools Out Movie, Doug’s First Movie and Teachers Pet then.
I own some Disney Blu Rays but only for their good content, not everything. And the most expensive is only $30
The only way this would be worth it is if they said this is the only official way to ever get Song of the South on blu-ray (making it a major collectors item), but that's not included
These are all theatrical films, and I don't think Extremely Goofy was theatrical if I recall. This list makes sense to me.
I did the math and it equates to about $15 bucks for each movie. Doesn't sound too far off to me. 100 movies is a lot of movies, especially for one collection like this. I hate Disney as much as the next guy but you can't expect them to sell their movies at like $5 a pop. If you were a collector and wanted them all this would be the best deal.
Planes 2 was theatrically released, Extremely Goofy Movie wasn't.
They put the first direct-to-video Tinker Bell movie on here, while leaving out the theatrically released Ducktales movie, so I’m not even entirely sure if that was really the pattern they were going for.
Not worth it if you do not want to own every single one. ABSOLUTELY not worth it if the fuckers did not properly remaster all the films that had vaseline upscales before.
Post the list

Genuinely impressed they’re finally admitting they made that movie

How many of these are worth a damn?
>1500 smackums
>For fucking Planes 2
Really?
Disney is really desperate for that cash aren’t they?
What happens when Wish flops?
There barely is any talk about it since that one trailer reveal.
They're going to go into full panic mode come 2024, expect some big cancelations in the future.
