One of the worst aspect of this shit flick was having Chris Evans as a flamboyant homosexual being the main villain who seems obsessed with killing Gosling even if that means destroyin entire cities and blowing your cover everywhere you go. He was groomed like a woman. The character made no sense whatsoever but it was supposed to make homos happy. And Ana de armas le stronk woman who teleports to save Golsing's ass everytime the plot needs it. And that guy Rejé Jean.. big yikes.
The best part is Jean's character Carmichael is an old white CIA veteran who uses illegal means to further his career, his superior the director of the CIA or whatever doesn't care as long as Denny delivers results. Here they hint towards the superior as the real string-puller while race-swapping Carmichael for a black sperg who can't act for shit and is far too young for his role. Brewer is spot on but again the script fricks it all up.
I guess they got overexcited at making the megaawesome blackman be so supergreat he's the youngest glowBlack person in the universe that they forgot to make him competent beyond claiming he's competent

Winter Soldier was fluke. They’re terrible directors. Avengers Endgame was totally sterile and ugly, the plot had no tension whatsoever. Infinity War was better but still pretty clunky. The best aspects of their movies are planned by corporations because that’s all they are, corporate puppets that direct studio films.

I don't think a 4K rip would change anything. The CGI action scenes were so bad that the directors deliberatly made it blurry and shaky.
