This. No sane person likes the roided look. Normal looking muscle mass is the ideal for most people.

This is seriously a 1 year physique. It's such a shame that men think this is something unachievable. He has very well developed shoulders, traps and chest. Arms and legs are just okay. Body fat percentage is in the healthy and very easy to maintain 12-15% range. Nothing crazy here.

Facts. I've heard people that don't lift, and work in the office think that he was big during the early Bond years, but truthful, like you said, he's bordering the normal to ripped line of someone that's put in some physical work.

What's the point of taking roids or lifting super hard and then getting tons of injuries in your late 30s?

if you think daniel craig wasnt injecting stuff in his ass even to get those muscles than you are a moron

        Anonymous

The point isn't if he did it or not, the point is if it's doable for a natural lifter in a reasonable time frame and the answer to that is yes. Actors roid so they can do it in 4-6 months. But you don't have a shooting deadline, you can take your time and do it in 1-2 years.

People roid with a goal in mind.

Youngsters in their 20s roid because it lets them achieve a good looking body in 1 year instead of 5 years. The goal obviously being to get laid more while they're in their prime.
Actors roid because they don't want to spend 5 years lifting, eating clean and avoiding parties with alcohol and drugs just to prep for 1 movie. Why do that when they can roid and get a decent enough body in under 1 year?
Athletes roid (and try to avoid getting caught) because it increases performance.

Very few people go all the way and continue to roid for no reason but vanity. Most people who roid have a very specific goal in mind

yeah, why try at all,if you have some probability of failing or take risks?
fricking Black folk,we have this pityful mindset and then we ask ourselves why the west is declining.

If you want to go above OP's image you need to take roids. Or to train so hard that you eventually injury most of your tendons in the long run.

None of those are good ideas. Having that Daniel Craig's physique is a good goal.

I'm not sure if you're joking. Daniel Craigs body in that picture is pretty fricking far from the natty limit, although he might have been a lazy frick who used roids.

is bordering on the natty limit for someone who eats clean and has been lifting for 3-4 years

He neglected legs. So that shit is easily achievable with an average brosplit. Bench, OHP, pullups and just add some other bullshit of your choice and you'll be there within 12 months unless you're starting out as a skeleton or a fatass

Oh, and of course you have to eat at a 500 caloric surplus and get enough protein. If you don't do that then you'll just be a hamster in a wheel, spinning aimlessly

Over two decades of training here and I can tell you this body is a great goal body. I will tell you why.
    >achievable naturally without going down the PED path
    >perfect for a normie lifestyle, easy to maintain without missing out on fun stuff (alcohol, restaurants, cake...)
    >you also don't have to waste time and spent money on drugs, supplements, diets, calorie counting to maintain your physique
    >perfect to still find well fitting clothes
    >perfect amount of muscles for most women (not too skinny, not to big)
    >it is probably the healthiest for your body (not too shredded or no damage due to extreme training see all the action stars who fricked up their shoulders)
    >perfect mass to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system (good stamina, healthy heart and lungs)

And do not forget that you are top 10% with this body worldwide. This is how ugly men are today.

This. It's the body of anyone who goes to the gym 2-3 times a week and doesnt sperg out about dieting or supplements. You dont even have to do compounds. A brosplit will do

This. Anyone complaining about that body is either part of the 0.001% bodybuilder population, or just a zoomer who doesnt know that past 40 yo it gets harder to even mantain a good physic let alone to have an actuallt outstanding one.
As this other anon said, that kind of body allows you the occasional pizza here and there. And its a low effort body thats gets you better looking than most men at any age. Its the ultimate lazy 45 yo body. Tho most people will still need trt past 40.
