During the filming for Spider-man Far From Home, Marvel told Jake Gyllenhaal they could get him street clothes so he didn't have to wear the Mysterio costume. Jake told them no he was really feeling it, so for 98% of the movie he is fully decked out as Mysterio.
Honestly what a shit show. I don't mean Wandavision, I'm talking about Marvel actively lying to people they need to watch Wandavision to understand the movie. The writers for the movie didn't even watch Wandavision.
There's enjoying it and there's being a mark. Sometimes people don't do either. Sometimes people do both (like how those old Adult Swim guys get no royalties on streaming now that DVD is dead.) But yeah, just because you get paid what you're worth doesn't mean you didn't love being Iron Man or some shit.
Pattinson seems to enjoy playing Batman and was able to recommend Batman comics that wasn't just Dark Knight Returns, Long Halloween, or Year One like Batman Shaman.
I'm pretty sure Sebastian Stan genuinely likes playing Bucky, he got into the Brubaker Cap run, actually invited Brubaker to the Winter Soldier premier when Feige couldn't be bothered, and pushed for the Bucky/Black Widow romance.

>IIRC Ray Stevenson (RIP) enjoyed Ennis' Punisher and based his performance on it.
When he played Firefly in GI Joe: Retaliation he looked into the comics and possibly the cartoons as well, liked what he saw and pushed to get to wear the mask in some scenes. RIP to a real one.
It's a third party called SooSooToys. All of their bases look like that. Because they aren't licensed, they're like $50-100 cheaper than a lot of Hot Toys.
Shaq actually really liked playing Steel, mainly because he liked the character to begin with, and he got to do his own stunts because they couldn't find a large enough stunt actor. He was just a shitty actor, and the entire production was fricked.
Fpbp even though I don't even like him
When the actor is literally co-writing the films, that's pretty dedicated
He looks so happy to play Deadpool, good for him.
Is that a joke? He only does Strange because it pays well, he doesn't have to get buff, and allows him to do roles he wants in between.
Also, when the hell is he gonna be Sorcerer Supreme again?
>get paid at least 5 figures to put on a cape and a suit and do random and silly movements with your hands
You mean 7 figures
Based
>Also, when the hell is he gonna be Sorcerer Supreme again?
Isn't he going to become the new villain of the Multiverse Saga?
I thought that would be Wanda but now I recall she fricked off to another dimension.

>Marvel actively lying to people they need to watch Wandavision to understand the movie.
This never happened.
Yeah, Marvel wanted them to watch EVERY marvel show not just Wandavision.
anon she died
I think she loved playing Wanda until Doctor Strange 2, but understandably seems ambivalent about coming back after that.
You are literally obsessed.
Can you only genuinely enjoy something if you do it for free?

That was Sherlock for him. He very much enjoys Dr. Strange

JAKE NO
>kelsey grammar was willing to do a beast cameo for free
That's dedication considering the hours it takes to put on makeup.
That's weird, he seems like the kind of guy to stick his nose up at capeslop.
Have you seen the absolute shite Kelsey will turn up in for a paycheck?
But yes he always was the best Beast.
You wanna see a middle-aged theater snob wearing blue makeup for a superhero film?
Money Plane.
Yeah Kelsey Grammar loves being Beast.
The one at the end of The Marvels was absolutely CGI doubling.
There was a new beast cameo?
Karl Urban insisted on not taking off Judge Dredd's helmet.

It's too bad the Superman Returns wasn't a great movie.
That's the CW costume, anon.
Is that a Hot Toys figure?

This guy and Ben Affleck's Batman were the best in show of the 21st century for those characters
>Ben Affleck's Batman were the best in show of the 21st century
But he is the worst. Bale is the best.
tom holland and andrew garfield
Yeah he clearly had fun with the character
Probably a pain to wear the suit
sucks this never had a sequel
Probably a blessing
Garland seems like a real c**t.
Mark Hamil as Joker
Was the first guy to audition for Ben Grimm and was willing to learn how to act under all that make up and prosthetics.
He was the one who pushed for a practical suit instead of CGI.
>There's something you need to understand that Sony never did: you've got a god damn action hero on payroll.
Based
Ed Piskor, he wanted to play a pedo-man
Dude came back from the dead just to reprise the role, that commitment.

RDJ did really like playing Iron Man.
Cavil clearly liked playing Superman and was always pushing to play a more traditional version of the character.
He failed. Cavil was a terrible Superman.
