Yeah I get what you're saying. I saw it in theater and was expecting a political thriller/drama so I wasn't disappointed. It's weird how over the years people started touting it as an action movie. If that is considered operator kino then the people who like it should check out Beirut. It's not an action movie either but it's pretty good and there are a few scenes with guns in them.
