Frank got big money from his first major success(Daredevil) which gave him carte blanche to just go fricking wild in his life. Thats why even a 4issue series like DKR took 8 months(he basically changed plans halfway through. A man with that much time can be a dangerous thing. Frank was a hayseed from bumfrick nowhere in the bigcity, and big cities eat people like that alive.
