>early season >they sell the house and then buy it back for double its value, implying it is 100% paid off >reoccurring later season jokes is that the mortgage is paid for by Carter
IT ISN'T KEEPING IT CANON.
imagine if they made it now, bart, lisa and maggie would be sharing a room, marge would have a full time job, all of them would be addicted to prescription meds, they could afford to fuel one car, homer would be skin and bones due to food costs.
if I can do it anyone can do it. I deliver pizza full time and my wife works quality assurance at a factory. our house is 3 bedroom 2 bath with a huge yard and a well. 500 a month to the bank for mortgage.
oh yeah you're gonna have to move to the country away from whatever pozzed shirhole city you're in
Just have kids and work a shit job. Every year you will get like 2k per kid. Even more when COVID was going on. My sister has 4 and 2 fosters so she was getting 8k a year plus 1k or so a month for the two fosters. 20k in a year. For food and baby care there is WIC and SNAP plus food banks. For insurance you would end up with CHIPS for the kids or whatever the frick they do now. My sister plays WoW all day while her husband busts his ass.
Aww sweet you're saying I can live like an inbred welfare queen with moronic kids that aren't even mine running around? Thanks a lot for the advice homosexual.
People are dumb and too proud to use "assistance". I signed my dad up to a charity for free groceries once every 2 weeks. Now technically is he "poor"? I mean kinda as his only money is his retirement assistance which is like 20K a year. He doesn't feel poor though.
They give us bread, vegetebles, and whatever is left over including occasionally giant cakes or cinnamin buns. Then we buy flour and make our own bread on top of that. Bread is always over priced, and making your own you can have pure ingredients and remove the extra salt.
We estimate it is saving us over 100-150 dollars per month.

This. Rich people take advantage of the government all the time so they can afford a new summer home. I have no idea how anyone can feel shame taking advantage of the government just to eat or survive.

It's actually a private charity, and I believe it's just the market off-loading excess about to expire fruit, vegetables, breads, and pastries. It's all great shit though.
Now is my dad "poor"? technically. Are there more people deserving than us? Absolutely. We share groceries a lot too so I save a lot on this too. Then buying mass flour or canned food or frozen food saves a lot too.
>I don't make that much either, just $100k a year in western europe.
That's a lot in western europe

To be fair, that's not a lot if you live in an expensive city. If you were in Lincolnshire on $100k/year you'd be set for life but not so much if you live in London.
What is inflation, you moron? They bought the house in the 90s, if the credit rate is fixed, they pay just a few hundred dollars a month for the whole house, while zoomers like you pay double or triple the amount to rent an apartment.
They used it recently, like within the last 3 seasons? can't remember the episode
Peter drinks in there in the Willy Wonka episode I think?
too
Think it'd been used maybe 6 or so times in the show
america is more important than any other country and americans are more important than you. That's you spend your life talking about them. die mad you fricking loser
I grew up in the suburbs and had a screened in deck. They always just became giant spider dens so they’ve gone very out of style. Literally worst than open air patios. My family rebuilt it as a house addition in the early 00’s
i don't understand how the rooms in the upper floor work
when you see them from inside they are perfectly square walls aligned with the window but from outside you see those rooms are in the attic
also how come they have a separate attic
they'd have to have two floors before the roof for that
There's one scene I remember with it in season one I believe or one of the early ones
Stewie brian and peter have had scenes in that room. First season.
I know there was at least one scene that took place there
that's where weird matt lives
after the simpsons and family guy crossover he moved over there
how does a moron like Peter afford such a nice house? Louis brings in no income either no way he makes that much working in a beer factory
he worked at a toy factory originally you fricking fake fan
to be fair her dad is extremely wealthy
it was over 20 years ago, there's not the same degree of how much more affordable things were as for the simpsons start but more than now still
They bought the house in 1998.
Probably before that even
It's canon that Peterschmidt pays for it
>Peterschmidt
>you gotta separate us Peter
heartbreaking episode
>early season

>tfw will literally never have a house

pretty much mandatory that you need a working partner these days to afford to buy a house

>while her husband busts his ass
so the trick is be a woman and live life on easy mode?
I have a wife that is a full-time student and I have a house based solely on my income and is solely in my name.
I don't make that much either, just $100k a year in western europe.

It's like that back playroom in the simpsons house that is in like 1 episode
There's multiple scenes that take place here and this is moronic
it has been shown many times
post 5 times anon. I'll wait i ain't busy
This is a Wintergarten you moronic fricking Americans https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunroom
They used it recently, like within the last 3 seasons? can't remember the episode
Peter drinks in there in the Willy Wonka episode I think?

Think it'd been used maybe 6 or so times in the show
>there are people out there that find this shit funny
It's mostly americans though so I shouldn't count them in as people
america is more important than any other country and americans are more important than you. That's you spend your life talking about them. die mad you fricking loser
imagine being proud of being part of a country that elected donald trump of all people to being president. absolute laughing stocks
And we don't know whoever your country elected because we don't care lol stay mad
Trump is based
Brian has a scene in it in season 3
I forget which episode
You see it more in the early episodes
but yes it's very much a 90s house where you had a middle class family with a living room/dining room/patio/3-4 bedrooms/basement/garage
Is this fan art? Brian looks fricking weird.
He's drunk stupid pig frick.
season 1 art
They got drunk looking for the golden ticket
>that Brian
soul
It's just a patio with screens to prevent bugs.

maybe craggle lives there lololol
That den is the hidden secret of the early season's ultra comfiness. Tell noone.
It's where all the funny jokes take place.
I've been here before
if your house doesnt have a useless room that nobody every goes to, it's not a real house
Not true it has been shown before
eheheheheheheheh diahorea
