I did too. It helps you know what voice he makes to go with each expression. Like in panel 3 in OP when he scrunches his eyes like that he makes a condescending hammy voice and goes hard on the "nYYeah"
Some people don't read things in "voices". They just absorb the dialogue without internal narration. I do that.
However, I also understand that some people DO read things with different mental voices, and it's obvious that you would read a character's lines with that character's voice. Anon's just an idiot.
"dad says i never follow through with anything"
Peter convinces him not to kill himself. He agrees not to follow through with this. Peter points out how this ironically proved his dad was right
You know the wild thing about their being a Family Guy comic book? They could actually get away with more shit. The whole "we can't air an episode about an abortion" thing would have been a moot point for a comic. Honestly, I'm surprised more shows DON'T have comics as a place to do the stories they really want to do, but can't due to budget or content.
You know, funny thing, people on the suicide line can't say "don't have a nice day" or "you shouldn't have a nice day", because people who want to do it already heard it from a tv show or a anti suicide ad, you saying that makes them more desperate because he went after the suicide line because he thought we would give him something different than a anti-suicide ad or a b***h with a yellow September shirt. In reality people in the suicide line need to act as a mirror for your words, and they shouldn't let their own opinions and values go inside the conversation, because obviously we don't know the person who's calling enough to give advice, the only function we can do is hear and understand what they are talking, saying to them what we are hearing, and that's something that people don't do anymore, hearing other people before building a solution to a problem they don't even know that much.
One more thing, badmouth people who dress yellow september shirts, they are pieces of shit
It's a global thing, yellow September is the "suicide prevention" month. Every person I see with shirts bottoms or anything about yellow september usually acts like an butthole with people all the time.
>Family Guy has an official comic
......WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED OF THIS
Yeah, they're legit funny and make good use of the medium
I'm not the only one who read these in Peter's voice, right?

Obviously anyone who knows what he sounds like would, why would you even ask that
Maybe if you're some blind sheep who does what the man tells you. How many jabs did you get?

This art sucks but yeah the writing is very faithful to the show
Surprised with no south park comic stuff, cause I had the idea of the idea of one
It looks like shit even for the show's standards but the humour is not half-bad.
Was there more than the one graphic novel?
I expected the punchline to be that he murdered the dad
We need more.

What was the joke?
"dad says i never follow through with anything"
Peter convinces him not to kill himself. He agrees not to follow through with this. Peter points out how this ironically proved his dad was right

Dear lord no.
I cite the "staring contest" as proof.
