I've come around on the later seasons. I use to say that the show went to shit immediately after Walt gets his lab from Gus and it should have ended there, but I see the merit in it now. Gus and Walter have more in common than anyone else in the show. The whole show is a hell of a ride. You spend the initial seasons cheering Walt on, just waiting to see what he becomes next. Then the snowball starts rolling on it's own and you're left with a feeling of "Oh shit, not like this". Jesse being locked up to be a slave cook by the nazis was some dark shit
So? Name one single thing any of them did that was consistent with National Socialism.
They're just gangsters. It's just a shape.
It's ironic because there aren't any white gangs here anyway. You could drive around this city for a week and you wouldn't find a single swastika anywhere. MS13 tags are on every other corner though.
I think the show peaked in S4, but Season 5 still has some great moments. It's just a little too heavy on the fanservice cameos and tying up loose ends.
We're not talking about the show itself, just the iconic characters. Tony Soprano definitely comes close, but all the guys on The Wire are just generic cop show guys and Lost was too much of an ensemble clusterfrick.
The Wire is unironically the greatest television show ever created, season 5 was admittedly a bit of a letdown compared to previous seasons but is still leagues better than anything else put out, and for the time it was literally game changing.
Imagine being someone who calls themselves a "Sopranos fan". Your day-to-day routine consists of repeatedly watching clips of the show over and over again while yelling quotes from the show at your monitor. You chuckle to yourself as you read the YouTube comments and see others repeating the same quotes you just yelled out.
After a 7 hour binge of clips you decide to go and eat "gabagool" because your entire pathetic existence revolves around The Sopranos and every moment of your life must be in some way shape or form, a reference to The Sopranos.
After eating 6 lbs of garbage deli meats you make your way to Cinemaphile, where you and the the only other two Sopranos fans proceed to shit up the board with quotes from the show and samegayging each other until the thread hits bump limit. Repeat for three hours.
Once you finally reach your point of no return you put on "Talking Sopranos" and make sure to have a last minute snack of 2lbs of gabagool before you fade out into a food coma while the sounds of hack Sopranos actors wax nostalgia over their glory days.
All of the Friends, members of Seinfeld, frick even the morons from Big Bang Theory or How I Met Your Mother are more recognizable and well-known. For now. If we keep making memes, we can SURPASS THEM
he seems to be the one that died young in this timeline. Moe went full tom cruise and Curly made the classic fat comic error of getting skinny in exchange for long life
For a drama? Absolutely.
For New Mexico? Yes. They don't have a whole lot else besides a couple of meth-dealing murderers.
Wrong, we also have chile
I don't think so
>Niles, we're leaving
For live action, almost certainly.
HEY MR. WHITE, NOW YOU'RE MR. BRONZE, YO!
Guys, I finally watched all of Breaking Bad and can start Better Call Saul. It was a very good show.
You literally can't name anyone more iconic
A television achievement not seen since Rocky or the Mary Tyler Moore Show. Truly among the greats.
>Walter WHITE
>Jesse PINKman
>Statue in blackface
Bravo Vince

Yeah you gotta stop listening to Cinemaphile and start actually having good taste, the only thing Cinemaphile is right about is capeshit being trash
Its silly to think of them as nazis. They have no ideology. They never do anything outside standard gang activity.
homie, they literally have swastikas tattooed on their persons. Granted, you're right that the show never really does anything with this.
So? Name one single thing any of them did that was consistent with National Socialism.

>Name one single thing any of them did
Get a swastika tattoo
Unlike most nazis
Ah yes the "I'm discerning between white nationalist LARPers and literal actual Nazis" response, bro stfu

SO¥PRANOS gayS BTFO
This would have been a lot better if it was commissioned by the city and not just donated by the creator of the show as a blatant marketing ploy
Is that Daft Punk?
I don’t think so.
Who?
Breaking bad has become a meme now but it's genuinely the best post 90s TV show
What's the best pre-90's show other than The Prisoner?
the frick ?
sopranos
lost
the wire!
Lost is definitely not as good as Breaking Bad.
We're not talking about the show itself, just the iconic characters. Tony Soprano definitely comes close, but all the guys on The Wire are just generic cop show guys and Lost was too much of an ensemble clusterfrick.

What a pathetic life to live.
XBOX MAKE ME INTO A SHITTY TOURIST ATTRACTION
Captain Kirk and Spock are.
Is america really as depressing and dangerous as it seems in this show? Healthcare is free in my country.
Breaking Bad is not about healthcare. You should know this by Elliott's birthday scene in season one.
No it’s not your paying for it through taxes
hilarious to put up statues from a show that exposed your city for the meth addled shithole that it is
Albuquerque wasn't even the original setting it was supposed to be in Riverside California
Every city in America is either meth addled, heroin addled, or opiate addled,
>he thinks it's a documentary
Lol
Lmao even
Bart and Homer Simpson are.
Sheeeeeeeit
Why is Jesse wearing one of those tiny israelite hats?
his actor is israeli
Not even best in their universe.
>im le modern day hippie!!
They're better characters, but in pop culture White and Pink men are more iconic
They're better written, just that Jesse and Walter are more iconic.
not even close.
All of the Friends, members of Seinfeld, frick even the morons from Big Bang Theory or How I Met Your Mother are more recognizable and well-known. For now. If we keep making memes, we can SURPASS THEM
Homer and Bart
What about Mulder & Scully
why are they bald
No
yes. only because zoomers found out about the show a couple years ago. Sopranos and Mad Men are better and have better characters
Yes, absolutely.
but where's Larry?
he seems to be the one that died young in this timeline. Moe went full tom cruise and Curly made the classic fat comic error of getting skinny in exchange for long life
walt looks like my dad here
you know your show sucks when the only reason you have iconic characters is cause Zoomers make meme edits on instagram
Meanwhile the GOAT got this piece of shit statue in some ex Soviet train station.
SOVL
soulless
Beastie Boys?
