It's interesting to see how each of them has a different instance of trying to resist the simulation:
>Crow seeks purpose, especially that which makes him feel important. We see him fight the simulation in Jobs
>Red Guy wants to escape, as shown in Transportation.
>Yellow Guy wants to understand.
More specifically I think RG wants to be in control of his own life. So he's suckered in by being the boss of a workplace but he's also seduced by the idea of leaving his nightmare house

Anybody figured out the order of the episodes yet? Because they clearly don't happen from 1-6 at least I can say 5 happened after the events of 6 because the yellow guy references it in the opening

>Duck "did it right" by finding the briefcase and leaving while Yellow Guy and Red stayed immersed in their jobs and got a coin at the end
What does it mean
Maybe all of the three puppets previously died in the same accident (Yellow says a family can also be a group of people dying together at the same time) and this is supposed to be some sort of Limbo situation? They keep going through these acts until they finally earn enough pounds to finally leave? Same for the teachers, since Lamp mentions that one theory about where one goes after they die is they get reanimated into an object. It's also interesting to note that, out of all of the episodes, episode one is the one that feels the most like one of their YT videos and it's the only one where one of the characters is rewarded with a pound.

I watched the first episode and did not find it funny. Does it get better?
Yellow and Red have had moments where they know the world around them is wrong and that they don't belong in this nightmare, but Duck never seems to have moments like that why is this?

If you notice in the last episode, there are only ducks in the drawer, also in episode 2, the clay thing they turned into duck is the duck that remains alive, the original duck that comes back from the grave is the murdered duck.

That can't be true, because they all die at roughly the same time in roughly the same way but in three completely different places.
Duck/Crow's died twice. First turned into canned meat Yellow/David ate. Then in the Death episode it's presumed he is killed by Stain. Though there's the possibility they were reset after that episode. BUT a Duck/Crow body is seen in the darkness along with the dead teachers.
Yellow and Red operate more emotionally than Duck. Yellow is sort of like a stupid child who doesn't know better. Red is like a moody teenager who doesn't want to be in a children's show. Duck however tends to think much more scientifically hence things like his interest in rocks and geology and making lists. Or in the web series theorizing that time is different from the simplified version clock person tells them. He's also kind of an autistic psychopath but that tends to overlap with thinking scientifically. An example of the autistic thinking being his preference for studying objects over people and insisting on sameness (not wanting to leave the house in transport, yellow also didn't want to leave but that was more out of fear).
Anyway, because he thinks like this he's rather stoic about the whole thing and more concerned with figuring out his surroundings than being upset with them or trying to escape. Indeed in most cases he's more concerned with if people in a situation are respecting his authority or not. He tends to be competitive for this reason. It's similar to how science as a philosophy and method for explaining reality is obsessed with proving it's validity over other forms of thinking and belief including faith based thinking, and nihilistic based thinking, and so on.
Duck in the wakey wakey pilot seemed more willing to go along with the show concept.
In the tv show, they are less aware of what is happening to them and I think ducks personality carried over into him simply not caring.
He really is the best one. I kinda miss when he was autotuned though. I know it might get annoying in 22 minute episodes but they could have done it every now and then like when he's upset or scared or something.
Two episodes in and it’s already the most I’ve laughed at something in a long time. Anyone else glad they leaned a bit more on the humour? Going back to the originals they were always very cheeky/had a similar set sense of humour. They could have easily leaned more on the 2spooky4me, grossness but the balance they have is much better. Guess I’ll see how that stands with the rest, I’m guessing more lore but about the same structure.
