Back in 2011 I decided to find Amanda Wenk and turn the trip into some sort of “Exit Though The Gift Shop” documentary.
I was living in DC at the time and some friends knew her old highschool from FairfaxUnderground.
I tracked down her family (her dad was a car salesman in nova or some job in a car agency) and eventually I found Amanda who had moved to San Diego.
I tried to interview her but she had got obsessed with privacy after internet fame and it sorta fizzled out.
