You're forgetting that without a yellow sun, lower gravity and richer atmosphere, a Kryptonian is no more powerful than a human. So their cells are supercharged by yellow solar radiation, meaning that baseline is enhanced to superhuman levels. Male Kryptonians are already stronger on average, hence they would be slightly stronger than female ones when they both are given that boost. At least that's how I like to think of it.

To me the biggest problem is lois is very inconsiderate as well, and has to many negative character traits. It's crazy how much the fandom hates Jimmy but he does what lois should do, and he always cares about clark first. Even with kara he admits he's avoiding clark because he feels bad and wants to apologize to him. In the gay monkey episode he says what lois should have said to clark and says " I never wanted to force you to tell me since your my best bro and knew you'd tell me when it was time". Jimmy went from having my hate to being one of my fave side characters, as he's weirdly the voice of reason when it comes to friendship and heart stuff. Also with lois this ep she makes the plan, clark affirms to her multiple times he loves her she tells him to not be so openly affectionate. He talks with a girl about charity, buh wuh about me. I kind of don't care about her "character" as she's never called out so it just keeps piling up since S1. It makes her more and more annoying.
That thread sounds hilarious, and again I just hate how poorly they are handling this lois. An again just because it's realistic doesn't make it good. Also constantly having relationship drama is never good, and sadly it's common in a lot of tumblr esque writing for some reason. Also most drama and emotional arcs are about the character accepting them and getting past them. Lois has been a bad gf since S1 and it's just piling up without ever being addressed, maybe if the set up is a massive break up but from Clark instead of lois I'd be ok with it. But it feels like lois is the only one calling the shocks and clark isn't allowed to call her out and be annoyed by her constant bs. Overall I think it's less one of these incidents but the fact they slowly form a trend and all her character arcs are meaningless. It's gotten to the point I watch lois parts at 1.5x speed just because I can predict it being boring or her crying and tumblr esque drama.

The episode 4 sets up that Lois has an abandonment issue, which isn't the smoothest setup for such a major character trait, but it's not terrible.

To me the biggest problem is lois is very inconsiderate as well, and has to many negative character traits. It's crazy how much the fandom hates Jimmy but he does what lois should do, and he always cares about clark first. Even with kara he admits he's avoiding clark because he feels bad and wants to apologize to him. In the gay monkey episode he says what lois should have said to clark and says " I never wanted to force you to tell me since your my best bro and knew you'd tell me when it was time". Jimmy went from having my hate to being one of my fave side characters, as he's weirdly the voice of reason when it comes to friendship and heart stuff. Also with lois this ep she makes the plan, clark affirms to her multiple times he loves her she tells him to not be so openly affectionate. He talks with a girl about charity, buh wuh about me. I kind of don't care about her "character" as she's never called out so it just keeps piling up since S1. It makes her more and more annoying.
That thread sounds hilarious, and again I just hate how poorly they are handling this lois. An again just because it's realistic doesn't make it good. Also constantly having relationship drama is never good, and sadly it's common in a lot of tumblr esque writing for some reason. Also most drama and emotional arcs are about the character accepting them and getting past them. Lois has been a bad gf since S1 and it's just piling up without ever being addressed, maybe if the set up is a massive break up but from Clark instead of lois I'd be ok with it. But it feels like lois is the only one calling the shocks and clark isn't allowed to call her out and be annoyed by her constant bs. Overall I think it's less one of these incidents but the fact they slowly form a trend and all her character arcs are meaningless. It's gotten to the point I watch lois parts at 1.5x speed just because I can predict it being boring or her crying and tumblr esque drama.
