I was disappointed with The Lost Weekend considering all the Oscars it got (back when Oscars meant something) and how much I like Wilder movies. It's basically Reefer Madness with weed swapped out for alcohol.
In terms of genetic diversity and risks of birth defects, cousins are pretty safe.
