My job did this shit last month. The craziest thing is that it has a (locked) reply chain with 184 employees b***hing about it, I can't imagine how many of them got reprimanded/fired because they sure as frick didn't change it afterwards.

          >The Times also looked at whether to capitalize white and brown in reference to race, but both will remain lowercase. Brown has generally been used to describe a wide range of cultures, Mr. Baquet and Mr. Corbett said in their memo to staff. As a result, its meaning can be unclear to readers; white doesn’t represent a shared culture and history in the way Black does, and also has long been capitalized by hate groups.
Bull-fricking-shit. "Black" is just as vague as "White", but it just shows how racist these people really are.

      >184 people /misc/posted on their work account

You'd be surprised how dumb people are. Boomers threw a shit fit when my job sent out some milquetoast racism bad email. Of course they all exposed themselves, because they think the company actually cares about them and not good pr and the bottom line.

HR is one of those departments that only has actual work 30% of the time. as a company isn't going to be locally hiring and firing constantly, but since that work is time sensitive, the department requires more people than necessary 70% of the time. those people then have to give the appearance of "working" 70% of the time.

The worst thing about working in an Office is how long it takes to get a promotion. I have been gunning for Regional Manager for 7 years and I am still a salesman while also acting as an assistant to incompetent boss. The whole place would fall apart without me, but do I get any appreciation? No, instead everyone loves this idiot who does nothing but goof off and underperform. Also there is a black guy in the office.

It's right though honestly. Not that I agree with wokies but I don't get their fixation on social injustice when the greatest social injustice of all time is work. You're not going to solve all the other social injustices you're complaining about when you're prohibited by threat of starvation from being politically active because you're chained to your job all your waking life.

I can't even get work but I guess the jokes on me for going to film school. Still, its annoying to see people with a basic b***h degree in comms have a better chance of landing a decently paid job. The world would be a better place for the next generation if we upfront tell them that society has no place for them other than being a seat filler and there's nothing valuable about having a specialty.
