Whats the consensus on BCS? I thought seasons 1-2 were iffy and were trying to find their footing. That one episode in s1 with Mike was so fucking good though. S3 is when shit got super good. I kinda wish there was some editing shit they could do where they explain some legal terms or some Wolf of wall street shit where Saul explains it.
Better than breaking bad, so it's pretty good.
objective level of shit>>>>>>>>BB>>>>>>>>>>>>BCS
Consensus: Season 2, 3 and about half of the last season are good. The whole relationship between Wexler and Saul is cringeworthy. Chuck and Lalo were the best characters in the show.
Chuck is the best for me as a foil and tool in building up Saul in the same vain as Skyler. Nacho was really great, you get to see an actual humane person in the Salamanca famiy.
It's great. I wish there was more courtroom instead of cartel stuff but it was great and i think more consistent than BB
Breaking Bad and all of its offshoots are smoothbrain fodder for dusted herbs and scrubs who are too dumb and stupid and retarded to realize that they're watching a glorified Saturday morning cartoon as middle age races towards them at the speed of light.
Give us an example of media you watch.
You now remember last season of BCS, winter episodes with snow and fucking leaves on trees.
BRAVO VINCE
Watchable and then turns to shit when Chuck dies
Cartel stuff was never interesting, lawyer kino and Saul kino was sidelined too quickly
The first 3 seasons were very good and it was spotty after that. The cartel part was hit and miss. Too much emphasis on nacho in the last season and lalo being MIA was built up a little too much and a lackluster back half of season 6. Not quite breaking bad but a good show overall.
Better cuck simp
Ended with a wet little shart
Cartel sideplot was always the weakest part of the show. The show died when Lalo arrived and it became the main plot.
First 3 seasons are kino. Last 3 seasons are meh
Legal hijinx > Lalo capeshit
S1-3 are top tier lawyer kino. S4 is still good I guess because of Winner but I didn’t like S4-S6A that much. The second half of S6 was kino though, gene saga and the finale saved the season and the show
Kim as a main character kinda ruined the show and I never bought her as someone that secretly loved to scam people. You can tell the writers just wanted to make the show about Kim by season 4. It should've been Jimmy getting heavily involved in corrupt cartel lawyering by season 4 and full Saul mode by season 5.
I think Kim liked winning, and that was was the point. Realizes at the end she has a henchmen that will always make her win, even if she wants to do it on her own. Bails cause she doesn’t want her brains splattered cause it can go too far
>liked winning
she gives up a well-paid lawyer job to go do public defending and turns down her share of the sandpiper money. her motivation for fucking up howard's life was because it made her horny.
i dont know what they were trying to go for with kim and the scamming thing, the whole thing felt very forced. what they did to howard was by far the dumbest thing i have seen on tv in a long time, it was just fucking stupid
Too much filler. This is the first time I ever started pressing the arrow keys to skip forward a bit when watching a tv show or movie. Third cinnabon scene? skip. Fifth boring dialogue section between jimmy and kim about nothing? skip. Whoever nacho's actor was is pretty amazing though. I legitimately felt bad for him in a few scenes.
nice bait have a (you)
once chuck died that was kind of it and then it turned into a lame version of breaking bad. the end was also total shit. kim is a poorly thought out character and everything she does makes no real sense, shes like a bipolar person who doesn't have bipolar disorder. im pretty sure vince kept kim in the show because he was simping for rhea because she is kinda hot
>Whats the consensus on BCS?
S1-3 kino, S4-6 a little spotty, but still the best thing airing at the time. visuals and editing are 10/10
>but still the best thing airing at the time
shit, i forgot about Succession. anyway, still top5 airing at the time
great show. I still can't believe it's over.
great show, shit ending
When does season 6 come out on netflix? A friend baited me saying BCS was finally finished and lended me his netflix account. I avoided all spoilers and started marathoning it a few days ago. Ended on some ridiculous cliffhanger where the "best" assassins get fucked by 1 mexican and a pan of hot oil. I asked him how the fuck the show can end like that and he goes "i dunno it just does" so I google "bcs seasons", get spoiled on nacho's fate by the autofill after typing just bcs into the search bar only to find out there's a 6th season and my friend didn't even fucking know about it and thought the 5th season was the finale.
Im planning on abusing the free trial email shit for AMC+
Generally fun, but spends a lot of time padding the plot. Peaked in Season 3, ended on a low note.
SALAMANCA BLOOD!
SALAMANCA MONKEY!
it was a lame cashgrab riding on the coattails of breaking bad
way too slowpaced, they dragged it out too long when barely anything happened
and you could tell the writers were huffing their own farts with some of the later episodes like that black and white one in the mall
