I watched the trilogy last week. Blade I was very good and it made me sad knowing whatever Blade Marvel shits out, will not match it. Blade II was okay, but the CGI scenes were extremely dated and overused. Blade III was disappointing, but I do not blame Snipes as the studios seem to do. Ryan Reynolds was his fagself and the story was shit with parts all over the place.

None of the Blade movies are good, the first one is the best and it's still a mediocre action/horror film that's poorly written. The sequel is flashier and more eye-catching because it's Del Taco directing, but the story and characters are even lamer than the first.
Honestly Wesley Snipes is far better as a villain than as a hero. I would rather watch Demolition Man instead

Watch more movies and get better taste instead of defending some stupid comic book movie

I disagree. Poorly written yeah, maybe so, but it more than makes up for it with its sheer entertainment value and willingness to embrace its schlocky nature.

Why didn't they just use a photo of Snipes? Why a PS2 3D model?

At that time 3d graphics were more trendy than black people.

The cast was perfect, and it was written by the same guy who did the HBO animated series. What wend wrong? The director? I still like it anyway but it could have been so much better

Not enough action. Everything is stiff as fuck, you have a black belt actor that just stands there all movie

boomers are ones who control media and fund and greenlight current year trash, and also boomers still watch cable TV and think Netflix original shows are good. They're the generation that dumbed down filmmaking

It hangs a bit too much on the blonde girl, and the blowjob shot is too long and with not enough movement, so you end up noticing the black dude just being a cuck there
It also didn't needed the "what's wrong baby HSS"
It's good, but it's not perfect

Unironically yes. It deserves a place among the 1980s and 1990s classic action-horror-science-fiction-fantasy movies like predator, judge dred, total recall, the thing and many many others.

Blade 2 was also a solid movie but in no way as good as the first

Blade 3 was an absolute catastrophy and a disgrace.
