If you fall in love with a replicant that has someone else's memories, does that mean you would also fall in love with owner of these memories if you ever meet them?
i saw this yesterday in 4k and it was so goddamn visually beautiful. So much better than the digital shitfest 2042 is. That one makes me nauseous. Anyone who says 2042 looks visually good has shit taste. This is fact.
2042 could have been way better with some minor changes to the plot/characters. Shouldn't have brought old ass Ford back either, or at least made him just a quick cameo without much dialogue. Leto was a decent main villian but was overacting and kind of pointless to the plot tbh. >Female power evil person
They need to never do this, ever.
Could've made the city a little different and more atmospheric like the OG. Soundtrack was decent at least and Gosling as a confused robot is really a great role for him and made the movie watchable.
Garbage movie, the epitome of popcorn trash for and by brainless morons
It's one of the ugliest movies ever made

agree on everything, especially Ford suddenly coming in the last half hour. it just reminds you that you'd rather be watching the original, better movie.
I also didn't understand Leto's purpose except that they needed a vague Tyrell standin. Felt like they had bigger ideas for him at one point but decided to divert more runtime elsewhere, like that strange replicant rebellion plotline which had absolutely no significance.

Nothing ever happens in life, life is just a series of pointless events without meaning,

He didn't.
He should have retired her and you know it. Stop parroting replicant propoganda.
replicants are just like any other machine.
they're either a benefit or a hazard.
if they're a benefit, it's not my problem.
I would
>Rachel dead
>Daughter lives a soulless life alone in the middle of nowhere
For what purpose?
homie how the frick did he betray humanity
he just left the city with his sexbot
humanity dudn't care
$1.25 for a 30 second video call? What a ripoff.
I'd probably be more inclined to do video calls if they were conducted over wall mounted CRT terminals.
b***h crazy

Deckard fell in love with Tyrell's niece?
Deckard wasnt human
>t. Ridley Scott

You, without a doubt, need to be better.

maybe your life.
I couldn't even sit through 2042. Snorefest.
plebs
Don't ever try reading a book.
The whole point of the movie was to blur the line of what it means to be human to the point where the difference with replicants is irrelevant.
>betray humanity
he wasn't even human himself to begin with
