Peppa Pig can be pretty funny at times, I wouldn't call it totally soulless mindless entertainment. Ben and Holly is even better, like they brought all the cheeky moments in Peppa.
Fair enough, I can think of a couple moments where there's socially awkward humor that would fly over the head of kid viewers. I'm also glad none of those shows are terrifying like Boonbah or Jet Set Go which did, in fact, air on PBS
