He's not your typical Bond villain, in that he actually believes he's doing the right thing.
I like it, let’s have him come across as a really nice charismatic guy. There’s nothing obviously wrong with him, but something about his eyes that makes you feel an ancient sense of dread. Like looking into the cold predatory eyes of a great white shark.
