So Nexstar didn't exactly get it for free, but WB/CBS were fine with receiving no real payment for it.
Grant still gets paid well sure and he's actually not a bad actor but he really should have zipped out awhile ago. Arrowverse is dead and so is the CW. The show itself is a creative corpse and Ezra Miller is pissing all over the cinematic one.

Honestly I'm baffled as to why none of the superhero shows even attempt something like that, it makes perfect sense, but sadly everyone in america is hack and does not give a shit about anything.
Yeah but Iris ruins it. It's clear Candice wants off the show, and badly, and they keep having to come up with ways to have her not get screen time while also not killing her or writing her off completely.
Feels bad. Especially when we could have had Patty stick around... Still, Nora and Bart are pretty good, but it's a shame they had to make Nora gay for no reason. Really thought it would have been Bart.
It's also kinda moronic that S&L got split off in to a different universe via a one liner. I get that they wanted to avoid Kara because MB retired, but damn. What's wrong with having Nora, Bart, and Jordan team up at some point?
