Pretty good. I'd probably try to apply very tiny controlled doses of time energy to people to heal their wounds faster, slightly aging yourself to be in fighting shape in time for a mission seems on brand for The Boys. There's definitely at least one overly gruesome scene of me flash-aging someone into a skeleton though.

      wtf is this

      >The user either is or can transform into a swan maiden, a swan shapeshifter with the ability to turn back and forth at will into a Swan. The key to their transformation is usually a Swan skin, or a garment with Swan feathers attached to it. They also possess various magical abilities and an almost in human beauty with extremely long lives rendering them nearly immoral.

what the frick. with those powers, i would just become an acting superstar, i ain't saving shit.

At one point they mention that it's linked to your genes. That's why Homelander's powers are basically a stronger version of SB's, and Ryan's are a stronger version of Homelander's. I guess Butcher is SB's wife's son or something.

Assuming you mean the comic? It varies based on how its compounded and administered. The boys' version is specifically engineered at a dose to grant super strength but not flight or bulletproof-ness so that they are controllable, and to cost like a billion dollars a dose (not that the scientists currently making it realize that it was deliberately formulated wrong). Homelander also got an "impure" formulation, but he was exposed to a super high dose as a fetus from an already superhuman parent. There's also a crack cocaine version hookers use for temporary invulnerability while fricking supers which apparently is cheap and available enough for that use, but also temporary.

I guess in theory "pure" V can be made relatively cheaply and reliably grants flight and invincibility with little chance of detrimental mutations, but not at homelander or black noir levels (who noteably is slightly stronger than homelander but cant fly- possibly intentionally.

Tldr its vague and generally speaking unreliable but the real factor is who makes it

Just in general, if they work different between comics and show that's fine. I'm just curious about it.

        Anonymous

It will probably be different between them, but ive only read the comic so

Then how can Starlight use light powers? How is the Deep b***h made Aquaman and A-Train b***h made Flash?

Because whoever made it changed their mind about what the comic was halfway through? Id guess impure V is more prone to mutations or unpredictable effects like how mother's milk dies without breastfeeding- he was exposed to trace ammounts of V as a kid. I dont remember if thats the origin of his powers or if he got another dose from the CIA later though. Possibly you can just develop a "weird" power if you're genetically prone to it and the reliable strength and flight effects are just innate to everyone, but my guess is its from a mix of genitics and abnormal compounding since vought likes making heroes on the cheap and has no qualms with human experimentation

Also a large dose can bring you back to life as a braindead zombie i guess? Not sure how that works or how multiple doeses work in general, but im pretty sure its meant to be unsafe at best

        >and A-Train b***h made Flash?
Other than the fact that The Seven is just the JL, it's probably due to that shit just varying from people to people. Jack From Jupiter looks like an orange, skinny version of Jiren and there're Supes in The Boys who look like giant woolly mammoths or have outright grotesque powers, so I wouldn't think too hard about it.
