God I love compounding growth. To add to your stuff, there's this town in New Jersey, Lakewood, that's growing at like 50% a decade because the Orthodox israelites there are having 10 kids a pop. It's on track to be the largest city in NJ by 2050 and is already #4.

White demographics are stabilizing in the US, they're the only demographic to have recorded no change in birth rates in 2021 (Every other ethnicity saw a sizable fall). Funnily enough when you add up the additional births from 2021 versus 2020 from the ethnic groups listed here
