Didn't druk for 3 months and decided to drink again but with the object of getting trashed. Blacked out after 3 hours and had a hangover that took 3 days to recover fully the first day being debilitating not even hair of the dog worked.
I felt alcohol for the first time being a literal poison. From 21 to 29 I drank heavily multiple times a week with some week long benders. I think I'm becoming a teetotacel. Sorry Drukchads.

Take the sober pill. I'm sober and it can get boring sometimes but you feel physically mentally and spiritually more healthy. Downside is you have a lot of free time

It displays the bad parts of drinking, the chasms, but mostly shows the slight boosts moderate drinking provides. American films only show the depths of depravity a small selection of the population falls to and tries to universalize it. Australian films show drinking as an escape from the ominous desert environment. Druk is great because it's fair; yeah, there are some major problems with alcohol but mostly it's helpful and most of us use it correctly. What a life.
I've had a bad time with alcohol so far but probably because each time I go hard and drink a bunch of vodka shots with no chaser and get really hammered and the entire next day is hell

Druk was good at showing the positives of it. Never been an alcoholic before but is it actually that easy to slide into alcoholism? From what I've heard alcoholism usually comes from having a pre-existing alcohol habit, and then your life gets worse so you drink even more. In Druk alcohol fixes their problems almost immediately but they keep slowly drinking more every week anyway.
