There's no way that the Laotian courtroom scene happened, in a period interview a family member of one of his early victims that got away admitted that they had no idea what Jeff's name was or what he looked like. Which is insane. I understand being a FOTB immigrant is probably super hard, but if I lived in Laos and didn't speak Laotian and some sick chink raped my underage son I'd move heaven and earth to put him in the ground, and I'd definitely know his name and what he looked like.

I think you need to learn more about black people and their history in the USA. There have been race riots since the 1920's(Tulsa is one example) when they formed large enough ghettos in cities. These riots/chimpouts have been happening to some extent as long as they've been free. Look at the 1960's for plenty of examples of blacks causing trouble. The civil rights movement itself is an example. The Black Panthers are another, though I'd argue the Panthers were the closest they ever got to actual truth in that they wanted Black dominated areas and were unironically alright with segregation since they realized multicultural society is doomed to conflict, a conflict they'd lose as the smaller and less well organized group. In short, black people in the USA have always been annoying and sassy, the stereotypes aren't new and have been with the USA for a long long time.
