    Ambassadors of Lights

For better or worse, Earth has become a major player on the intergalactic stage. It's repelled multiple invasions of some of the greatest empires, played an instrumental role in the founding of the United Planets, and is home to Superman,

However, it is clear that the Green Lanterns hold too much influence over the planet. With at least 8 Green Lanterns from Earth (and the number seemingly growing), other players want a slice of Earth for themselves. Sinestro makes an surprising offer to keep another war for Earth, The JL (excluding any of the Green Lanterns) are tasked with finding people on Earth to act as agents of the Red Lanters, Indigo Tribe, and Sinestro corps to prevent any one side from ever having full control of the planet. The candidates need to be people who each faction can see as loyal to their faction along with being someone who Earth can trust. The delicate game of political chess only gets worse when halfway into the story, The Reach also join the negotiations.

I would read this, it sounds inter3sting and fun. How does it end, and what are some big moments if you thought of them already?

        Anonymous

Well, it ends with more or less every corps having their own Earth lantern who is a "hero" but naturally everyone is uneasy about them moving forward. The new lanterns would be a mix of forgotten/failed characters form DC's history. Some heroes, some former villains that will act as anti-heores. Not sure who would be best, but I'm sure there's a few New 52 rejects or forgotten Green Arrow villains that can be dug up.

The Reach crashing the party and negotiating an agent on Earth would be one of the big moments since everyone knows that having a Beetle who's loyal to the Reach on Earth would just ruin everyone's day. The climax would be, the Beetle that is eventually chosen would go rouge and get locked up with the help of the new Lanterns proving that the Red and Yellow could at least be another line of defense for Earth even if the JL doesn't like having them.

The end would be just a reveal that the Reach didn't even care about Earth this time. They were only there because Sinestro made a deal with them so that his new lantern would gain the trust of Earth by taking down the rouge Beetle.

Pretty cool for 6 issues. It's interesting itself and has some ideas for further exploring in future.

    A Deathstroke miniseries, naturally.

My goal for the series would be to re-establish Slade's character in such a way that he is actually consistent, three dimensional, and left with a plot hook in the end that would let other writers build off of my work, or just let me tell the story i want to tell later on.

The first order of business would be the rerailment. After Priest left, Slade has been retconned and misinterpreted so many times, not to mention just plain badly written and awfully promoted (Williamson, Ridley), that piggybacking off the end of Prieststroke is the only option left if we want to salvage the character and fan goodwill.

The series starts with Deathstroke killing Deathstroke. The living Deathstroke takes off the dead one's mask to reveal an 80s looking Slade, when he takes off his own mask he looks like Rebirth Slade. The basic gist of the story is that, for some reason, someone has been making Slade clones and dumping them all over. Now Slade and Wintergreen have to take a break from their security consultations with the Wagner Group in Ukraine to find this one clone that's apparently been hanging around Rose and acting all "king of the villains". This way we can elegantly remove all the tedious out of character jobbing the protagonist was put through these past few years, while enabling both fans who only read the last solo, and fans who follow the metaplot, something to latch onto.

The plot itself is as follows: The Pulorians, now a dying race due to the efforts of intergalactic space pirate Death Masque, have decided to covertly prepare Earth for invasion in order to acquire the fabled Lazarus Pits of Ra'S al Ghul, which they believe to be the key to allowing their dwindling population to recover. They made a deal with a human sleeper agent they enhanced years ago, giving him a cybernetic replacement for his missing arm in exchange for him producing clones of specific villains.

      Cont'd

The sleeper agent is, of course, Deadline. His cybernetic implants were loaded with spyware undetectable by human technology all this time, which is how the Pulorians knew about Earths Lazarus Pits in the first place. Kyle was well informed. It should be noted that the Pulorians have no form of mind control over him. They swayed him to their side by promising him a new hand, vengeance upon Deathstroke, and the promise of being allowed to live alongside them once Earth is conquered.

He was ordered to create a clone specifically vulnerable to the Great Darkness, with the expected result of an induced Crisis, and therefore a weakened Earth.

I'm not really sure about the specifics of the middle of the story. I know i want there to be a moment where Slade considers visiting Adeline before going to free GeoForce from DEO custody, but he decides he loves her too much to cause her more grief and leaves instead. Wintergreen misinterprets this as Slade being a neglectful butthole and shits on him, but goes with the plan. I also have ideas for Brion, but they wouldn't fit in a 6 issue mini.

Joey he would definitely visit, but it wouldn't pan out well. Joe is still trying to sort out his life after the end of the solo, reconnecting with Terrence and attempting a normal routine away from the whole "Keeping up with the Wilsons" thing. My plan is for Joey to initially tell Slade to politely frick off, but later show up for the final battle with Superclone Pulorian hybrid Slade, and be the key factor in victory. When asked why he came, he'll mention how Isherwood's sacrifice taught him that we shouldn't be afraid to sacrifice for the people we love, even if they're flawed. The final panel of the issue would be pic related, only it's Slade and Joe with the roles reversed.

        Last one, i swear.

The ending i would do like so: Talia is standing in a Lazarus Pit chamber, monologuing to her servants as a pair of shrouds are lowered into the Pit. The Man of Rage has returned from afar, and sworn vendetta for the sake of his damaged reputation, and the defilement of his gene-seed which Ra'S perpetrated when he created Respawn. There is only one way to placate him, only one way to break the curse, to gain control of him.

In the next scene we see Slade and Wintergreen talking in front of an exhumed grave. About who could have done this, why, and how they're going to fix it before Addie or Joe find out. The next panel shows the empty grave, and a headstone reading "Grant Wilson, beloved son". There's a scene with Damian and Bruce in front of Ra'S's grave paralleling that one, afterwards. The very last panel shows an old man's hand, and an arm in silver scale armor with a red glove, holding a gleaming blue sword, both are rising from the roiling waters of a Lazarus pit while Talia looks on from the background.

I know it's amateurish and fanfic-y, but it's the best i can do on short notice. Given time i could refine the narrative into something much more cohesive.

I'm a shitty writer so I'd just write Batman and the Harlequin. an elseworld where Harley is a Batman fangirl, was seduced to crime by Joker as a "became his greatest villain to see his greatest heroism". and had a redemption of some sort. Maybe Damien is Ivy's son and is a set story about the relationship between the three in this alt world.

    Wizard of Oz
Zatanna = Dorothy, gets pulled into Bizzaro World
Bizzaro, Bat-Mite & Mxyzptlk = Scarecrow, Lion, Tin Man
Klarion = Good Witch (Constantine seems obvious but given his history with Z, he'd probably join them. Good Witch just gives them their mission the fricks off)
Jimmy Olsen/Jor El = man behind the curtain/Wizard
    Wicked Witch = Joker

Joker has gone to Bizzaro World and set himself up as king/creates chaos during which Jimmy Olsen gets pulled over. Jimmy stands out as the only "normal" person there so uses a sliver of a Fortress of Solitude crystal given by Superman to create a Wizard persona (Jor El) as camouflage. Trying to contact Supes, he gets Zatanna instead as she's attuned to whatever magical wavelengths. Z meets Bizzaro and Mxy/Bat-Mite who are there on holiday, fun ensues.

Killer Moth brings the misfits together to stage the heist of the century: A cool billion in crypto from a secure server secreted away inside a hidden vault in the heart of Gotham. I'm thinking Ratcatcher, Firefly, Cavalier, and their mysterious benefactor Calculator. There's just a few snags: The vault is under the Gotham Library, in a hidden sub-basement that serves as a micro-lair to none other than Batgirl! Or it did before it was mostly mothballed. And secondly, while Drury Walker was casing the place in his civilian persona, he was unable to evade the keen eyes of one Barbara Gordon. And if that weren't enough, it soon becomes clear that the Misfits aren't the only crew in town with their eyes on the prize, forcing Walker to confront his greatest foe Tiger Moth. His ex-wife, along with her partners Dragonfly and Silken Spider. With chaos about to descend upon her beloved library, will the aid of the Batgirls be enough to fend off a clash of criminal capers?

An Arsenal + Green Arrow teamup

A criminal starts hitting targets (both locations and people) close to Ollie and Roy. Naturally, Ollie gets paranoid about who it could be and he and Roy team up to try and stay ahead of the crimes. But their thinking keeps being off. Eventually, it turns out that instead of the crimes being meant to hit Oliver close to his heart, they were meant to hit Roy. Ollie was too focused on himself to realize that Roy is a hero in his own right with plenty of enemies and experiences. This is also to remind readers after years of shitty Lobdell Roy that Roy isn't the failed druggie ex-sidekick of GA but much more

If it _has_ to be a batstory, Robin 3 tries to stop a string of burglaries of high-tech equipment. The culprit turns out to be Anne Clay, who's hitting all the research labs involved with Clayface research.

To solve it he goes to the one man he can trust to hate stupid people more than being jealous of Superman- Lex Luthor.

A satirical series about the elderly retired surviving Blackhawk members being asked to consult on a movie about their lives, but studio execs keep fricking it up; either trying to make it a generic war movie, or a family friendly superhero thing (Based off the bizarre 60s incarnation where they all had powers). Killer Shark has paid for his crimes and struck up a friendship with Janos similar to Jay Garrick and The Shade, while a senile Chop's activist grandkids keep debating over how he should be presented in the film. It all turns out to be a money-laundering scheme by terrorists, and the Hawks decide to have one last hurrah by suicide-bombing the studio with their planes. [/spoiler/]

Mr. Mxyzptlk makes a bet with Phantom Stranger that he could create a world without heroes by changing who gets powers since most people are naturally bad, so he visits an alternate universe and manipulates events and timelines so that people who became villains gained the powers of heroes: John Corben's brain is used by Will Magnus in his metal men research, Barbara Minerva finds the Orb of Ra, a teenage Jonathan Crane is chosen to be a Green Lantern, June Moon is called upon by Nabu to don the helmet of Fate and Mark Mardon is struck by lightning and chemicals while trying to destroy evidence at Central City PD. The two reality warpers agree to let a year pass to see what happens.

To Myx's shock and horror, he finds upon returning early that instead of becoming villains, his test subjects actually became heroes! Barbara, now being an earth elemental herself, befriends Wonder Woman and never becomes jealous. Crane, although he did initially use his powers to get revenge on his bullies, decided he could never become a bully himself after seeing Sinestro's authoritarianism (Though he does create terrifying constructs with his ring). Mardon sought help from his brother in controlling his speed powers (Since his brother was a weather expert) and the two reconciled and both became lightning-themed heroes. June, since she was never evil anyway without the Enchantress personality, became the JLA's resident mystic instead of Zatanna. Corben initially wanted to kill Magnus, but he bonded with the other Metal Men and fell in love with Platinum, and now seeks to atone.

Outraged, Myx sends the new heroes' normal universe counterparts to destroy and replace them, but...how will the villains react to seeing a world where they're happy?
