DC Comics look literally killed off Bruce Wayne and replaced him with an black Batman.

And they made his Robin into a wienersucking homosexual.

And Zdarsky implied that Bruce Wayne is a homosexual and tried to have him kiss Ghostmaker, another homosexual.

      Underdogs have to be justified.
Peter is a fricking paragon in marvel, or he would be if the writers didnt have an agenda.

It is because Sony owns Spider-Man’s film rights.

Marvel is still butthurt over that.

If Disney bought out Spider-Man, things would be different. Look at X-Men and Fantastic Four.

homie, you think Mickey Mouse gives 2 twelfths of a shit about comic sales or comic fans.

they can just run your precious funnybooks at a total loss forever just to IP-mine ideas from their $4 morbillion acquisition that they adapt into billion-dollar franchises.

the mouse just likes the smell of the cheddar.

Batman, Spider-Man, Golden and Silver Age Superman, the three perfect superheroes.
Spidey should just move to DC already, he's the only true hero Marvel has

Bronze Age Superman was all about deconstruction. Only good stories in the 70s and 1987+ for Supes were in the movies

It should be pointed out that this has only been true since the 2000s. Before that, Peter actually stood up for himself and told the Avengers to go frick themselves more than once.

Boohoo, that happens to pretty much all superheroes in Marvel, they all get shit on by some segment of the populace, Spider-Man isn't special in that regard.

Those aren't mutually exclusive. In fact, Peter being standoffish no doubt made him unlikable. He clashed with everyone, even the F4 on many occasions. And the Avengers had that period where they didn't trust him and dragged him through a lot of shit.
