I member. The Spetznaz vs. Green Berets episode was good. The Spetznaz had this special gun holster you could draw down through the bottom which racked the slide in the same motion and it won them the game.
Exactly why this show is trash and appeals to Call of Duty homosexuals and people who think Bear Grylls is real
>Europeans still b***hing about LAPD SWAT bearing German GSG9
argue training means more than SWAT experience
>Unlike GSG9 SWAT active every day as a full-time job
I don’t think even /k/ that moronic to argue against SWAT winning and the whole board on full damage control because Ukraine winning narrative collapse. /k/ope the same board that said Joe Biden the most /k/ president because he starting wars again and last Ukraine bill has money to send troops to Somalia.
SWAT has a cool factor to them. Who gives a frick about the GSG9. Europe has low crime. Who even are they. When was the last drug house full of Black folk armed with AK-47s they raided.
Last time I was on /k/ they were defending Ukraine training and using Nazis yet b***hing about /misc/ and republicans at the same time.
>Which is why I had a German kid at school go on about how gsg9 were better than SAS because they had never lost a man.
Only Europeans more autistic than the German are the French. I remember them b***hing about howFrance always lose on deadliest warriors. Especially George Washington defecting Napoleon using the same guerrillas tactics Washington used against the British empire.
>Especially George Washington defecting Napoleon using the same guerrillas tactics Washington used against the British empire.
Pretty sure proto-guerrillas what Napoleon struggled with combating long before he invaded Russia during winter.
>/k/ope the same board that said Joe Biden the most /k/ president because he starting wars again and last Ukraine bill has money to send troops to Somalia.
/k/ got over runner by redditors and kiwi farm c**ts for fresh Ukraine war memes. That’s why /k/ became a neocon board that defends gun control to stick it to /misc/. /k/ defends Israel bombing civilians yet defend NATO doing the same to Syrians and Serbs.
Germans are autistic. Which is why I had a German kid at school go on about how gsg9 were better than SAS because they had never lost a man. The fact they weren’t comparable organisations was incomprehensible to him.
>Ukraine winning narrative collapse.
TWO MORE WEEKS
>TWO MORE WEEKs
Kek even Biden throw ukraine under the bus and admitted the war unwindable for NATO. Journalists and Biden handlers already damage controlling by saying he didn’t mean what he said.

so you are saying 14 MORE DAYS ?
The team battles were almost always less fun, but I'll give the show credit for ending on its best episode.
>three times human strength
But how do they know?
Who are you to question the experts of DEADLIEST WARRIOR?
They're experts
Waffen SS vs Vietcong
So was this
This man knows his history channel kino
All of the outcomes were bullshit and the strongest warrior usually lost
>WINNER
>IRA
YOU'RE GODDAMN RIGHT.
But they lost though? Twice.
pic-related
you know there actually are a lot of similarities between home alone and predator
?t=157
only through traps were our heroes able to survive
Jihadibros...
My friends and I used to bet on results and call each other after episodes. Haha good times
>captcha: ASSPT
wholesome, kek
only thing i remember is the kgb vs cia one where theyre down to the last man each and the cia or kgb dude is just hiding in the other guys car and chokes him to death when he gets in. what a lame ending
rival spies having like close quarters fights is pure Hollywood homosexualry, most of these guys just shot people in the back, poisoned them or just paid people to do it
A NATION ONCE AGAIN
Didn't Doctor Dorian become an unironic Crackhead?
was this the one where they had a nerd with a copy of fricking modded total war: rome to work out the battles?
Excel sheet, with weapons being given values from 1-10 on damage, speed, reach etc
I don't suppose you know which show used total war?
pretty sure it was this one lmao
can't remember the context
No total war in deadliest warrior.
However, there was this tv show about famous battles where they used total war footage rather than reenactors while the historians narrated. Might be what you're thinking about.
There's been quite a few history Channel shows that have used Total War footage. This one may have as well, but I can't say for sure
It was called Time Commanders and apparently came back in 2016 with Greg Wallace for one series.
Isn't this what Alan Partridge was aping to be a host of from Steve Coogan?
Not really. His was a military history quiz.
Theres two
Time commanders and Decisive battle. Both are comfy kino (and available on youtube)
The Chivalry DLC was kino in an extremely janky unbalanced way
it was
They made two fighting games for Xbox 360 based on this show that were actually pretty fun.
I miss SpikeTV dude bro television.
>UFC/Ultimate Fighter
>Manswers
>1000 Ways to Die
>Deadliest Warrior
Is it still a thing? I haven't watched cable in over a decade.
It got replaced by the paramount network.
>>1000 Ways to Die
my homie
Cant fricking find manswers anywhere though
>20 IRA troops vs Predator
Who would win?
>blank vs Predator
It always comes down to location, armaments, and prep-time. Kevin McCallister could kill Predator if he was posted up in an empty room with an AR-15 with armor-piercing rounds, it's not difficult. Predator's entire advantage is being the hunter and making his opponent into his prey. That's why he was able to carve through Dutch's squad so effectively; they didn't understand that they were somethings quarry until it was too late, and it was only by inverting that dynamic that Dutch was able to eek out a win.
History channel used to have so much soul.
Yeah. Now its just ancient aliens and shitty gimmick reality shows
>that other show similar to deadliest warrior that did samurai vs knight that got death threats from weebs after the samurai lost
kek. To be fair katana is a slashing weapon. You cant exactly slash through chainmail and armor
>knight has height, mass, reach, muscle strength, armour advantage
>samurai has cool hats
I think a knight would win hand-to-hand due to better lances, swords, and armor, but samurai were also trained archers. Swords were more like personal defense weapons or sidearms for the samurai class afaik. Knights were largely made obsolete irl by the English longbow, so I'm not sure how an all-out-battle between an army of knights and an army of samurai would go if the knights didn't have archers of their own.
What show was that?
>knight vs pirate
Probably the biggest bullshit episode. Their whole argument was that the knight would be like a turtle. If he fell he couldn’t get back up again and the pirate would just shoot him. For experts, they ignored all the videos of guys in full knight armor getting knocked down and jumping right back up
Eventhough I agree that its a moronic argument the whole reason knights were phased out was because any Black person could just pick up a gun and kill a knight who had to go through years of training and wore expensive armor
That’s true. But in regards to the pirate fight, the pirate had a pistol that only dented the armor during the testing. I don’t think they ever pierced it
I'm pretty sure anyone with an early 16th Century firearm could defeat a knight with armor from 300 years prior.
neither the pirate's flintlocks nor the blunderbuss could penetrate the knight's armor during testing.
one shot from the blunderbuss pierced but never hit due to the knight's padding under the armor
It depends on the gunpowder amount the firearm can hold, and the hauberk or brigandine under the chest plate should it be penetrated, and the users movement because standing still of course will will be easy but movement will influence the possibility of penetration and when dealing with a shield, chestplate, and secondary armor, the possibility of a lethal shot is small. Not to mention in real life experiences when cops are shooting targets when they focus on the body to avoid their rounds from missing into the public it takes 3-6 shots to put them down. In the age of black power weapons the deaths resulted from the near non existing medical treatment for serious wounds, even when Lincoln was shot point blank in the back of the head he was barely alive, so a 16th century black powder gun, that even fired on a armorless target won't have that ball bounce around and devastate the insides like a normal bullet, and the human body can still move and fight when dealing with a 9mm anywhere in the torso (except the heart). So realistically the pirate could only kill the knight if the blunderbuss can pass the shield, and helmet or pass the shield and two torso armor pieces at point blank, or use the grenado, and have the blast shock kill him.
