Chosen Undead wins by pure attrition. How the frick can the Onionsborn hope to compete against a dude who can infinitely respawn and has just as equally busted gear?
He has a dragon that respawns the exact same way. If need be he can just have chosen fight the same dragon over and over each time he needs to top off.
That's literally just a typical Souls boss where if you die you have to fight through the two phases again.
(This is if he can't just undo his immortality) So exactly, now with all the other summons, call of valor, or undead lords who can summon their own undeads Chosen has to fight though 50 phases just to get close and while this is happening his stamina, vitality and magic are all being siphoned to keep the train rolling. Not to mention as Chosen is a bag full of souls each death recharges his gear.
Putting the guy in a cell seems to work.

Realistically. How COULD the chosen undead win?
Is there any super tiny detail we overlooked? I like both so I know a lot about both series. It seems like the dragonborn as just too much power and versatility. Not to mention the recharging magic and stamina so he wont run out like Chosen.
It's not so much detail as much as overfocusing on game mechanics like resurrection. With that unless you had soul stealing or sealing techniques it's essentially a waiting game for CU (an extremely low ass chance he'd actually win against higher end characters, but yknow, "there's a chance"). DB of course does have answer to these, but Death Battle says CU can just live even without their soul so it's not an option now
Its been a while but even the magic cancel as a limited timer and range right? I guess you could assume Chosen could kill DB in that small window of time if it null EVERYTHING magic. But that's assuming that Chosen is a better sword fighter than DB. I doubt it since lore wise DB is not as limited like the game fighting make him seem. So really DB just needs to stall until the stall runs out and be back at full power again. If Chosen win's I'm going to say its due to a small detail we all overlook or just something we did not expect if its genuine and all.
Vow of Silence lasts a very short time and has a pretty limited range. Though it does help with revealing invisible enemies and traps. It only works on castable mana based magic and doesn't really mute people despite the name so at most it'd work against Dragonborns magicka based spells, not the Thuum
CU has a acidic spell to destroy or make weapons useless. I know there some shit about dead deadric weapons lore about their shit being almost indestructible or whatever but it would limit the dragonborn to just that which is pretty big when it comes to weapons plus CU has those giga weapons like Guts that makes close combat definitely uncomfortable.

As long as the thu’um isn’t classified as magic or I guess technically tonal magic DB should hold the advantage in a forms of combat except weaponry. CU has more weapons and shields to use in a fight.
Without absurd cheat wank not really. His best chance is:

Yeah there were many other abilities, disarms and perk skills dragonborn had that they didn't really show. It felt like mostly basic kit, then end game kit.

Honestly I’m happy with the next time. HxH and Railgun are new series for DB I believe. It’s not as hype as this time but I’d rather get episodes like this in between heavy hitters than BatGwens or Genos vs War Machine.

I know Index/Railgun scaling can get off the charts crazy if they go for it, though I didn’t watch past the first season of each to know how far that gets Misaka.

Why is the Chosen Undead even resurrecting instantly? That's not how it works in the game. By the time he resurrects all the enemies resurrect too. That doesn't happen if you just wait.

Vow of Silence doesn't even silence players, it just prevents sorcery. It's just a spell name. You can still hears shouts with the gestures and when damage is taken.
Worse still it only prevents sorcery, not miracles.
And to top it off, we don't even know for sure if we resurect after being killed as a hollow. Because that's not what it happens in the games. A lot of times when characters go hollow they beg you to kill them. It happened to the guy that gave you the prison key in the asylum, to the guy that was in the firelink shrine, and so on. You only come back to life once, as a husk.
Enemies respawning is just game mechanics.
