Having a bigger lab means nothing when Jimmy and Dexter actually pretty even out when it comes to arsenal, it’s just the fact that Jimmy’s speed and better improvisation (plus FoP scaling) pushes him past the edge into winning. Dexter and Jimmy both can one shot each other with specific weapons, it’s just that Jimmy more reliable can get his shot off.

That literally happens to Dexter even without Mandark or Dee Dee. Dexter is more incompetent compared to Jimmy. Jimmy at least fixes the problem in the end whereas Dexter often fails to fix it at the end of the episode.
Planet level attacks and MFTL reaction. Jimmy can travel through AU and can access Fairies and Anti-fairy. Jimmy was able to defeat an all Fairy World enhanced Crocker in under an afternoon.
He caught literally ALL of the Anti-Fairies in his Hypercube(Tesseract), and by the time of power hour 3, he figured out dimensional travel completely.
And yes, he can harness their powers like a battery too. It is shown in Powerhouse 1 and 3
I think Dexter wins, Dexter is the far more accomplished inventor. He has an underground laboratory that appears to span many miles, you need elevators and vehicles to get around it's so large. Jimmy has his dad's shed, and a smaller laboratory underneath. Dexter has just so many more inventions and resources and is obviously much more advanced then Jimmy. Also has anyone ever really thought why a genius like Jimmy is in the same class as Sean and his other dumb friends?

Even if he gets keysword it won't mean much. Keysword can't access its strongest state without help and its for dealing with demons specifically. All of that and Silver can simply steal it or teleport it away. Meanwhile Trunks can't turn off Super Silver with Archie frickery

Ironically, biggest disadvantage Dragon Ball has, is that it still has left plenty of strong, unused, and popular fighters across the main series, all the manga, and its spinoffs. If Heroes Trunks dies, they still got Jiren, Gohan, Piccolo, Frieza, Heroes Vegeta, Goku, OG Future Trunks, Android 21, Cell, Cooler, Broly variants, and more. The interest and potential for future Dragon Ball Death Battles has even outlived interest for Death Battles featuring DC and Marvel characters.

We've already been over this; Silver gets Knuckles-Enerjak scaling via energy manipulation against Dark Enerjak (same logic they used to give Apoc Phoenix Force scaling) - Knuckles-Enerjak/Dark Enerjak being stronger than the Enerjak that Mogul drained to become Master Mogul which necessitated direct intervention from not only almost every hero faction at the time, but even the Ancient Walkers, who were the single greatest Chaos Force users in the entire setting and Mogul could fatally wound them. Then, through absorbing the powers of Chaos Knuckles, Mogul could later use said powers to absorb the entire Chaos Force via the imbalance Knuckles caused in it, and Chaos Knuckles' powers are the exact same as the powers Knuckles-Enerjak has. And all this is ignoring the fact that you can scale Silver from Archie Solaris who I'd infinitely multiversal all on its own, and is implied to be one of the Ixis Masterworks made by Mogul, giving him further scaling to Mogul as well as infinitely multiversal scaling just on its lonesome.

More than that, the match was made during peak DB DC wank. So of course they weren't going to give a non-DC character that degree of scaling. But they aren't under any obligation to do the same here.

Not him, but as someone who thinks Bayonetta fighting Dante is even now more of an obvious mismatch in favor of the former than before, I am not worried about Dante nor DMC at all. Rather about the community bias. The Dragon Ball gays are right. If even DBH struggles with other fandoms' bias, Bayo has less of a shot to get a good research or analysis.
The Bayo verse is looking to grow so powerful, it shouldn't be stuck fighting small fries like Morrigan, Midna, Kratos, or Dante, rather I-No, Dissidia Ultimecia, or hell, even Archie characters now. Lumberjack Dante that cannot escape from his own Underworld is far from being Bayonetta's biggest concern. How the reception of her new lore goes, is the actual issue.
We legitimaley could get Xenosaga'ed or Asura'ed in just one month.

There are some problems with that rematch:
1. Swan already admitted that they are aware of the huge powergap between both, through Sephiroth vs Vergil's research notes. Kinda like they admitted Bomberman and Tifa's matches being incorrect all along.
2. Without Torrian, action or hack-n-slash characters seem to be viable for now just in sprite format. In case you badly wanted for it to be 3D.
3. It's definitely not happening this season. And maybe not even the next one, considering how much in advance Death Battle MUs are written or picked.
Jimmy is technically smarter, and his technology is more impressive than Dexter's. However so is Mandark's. Dexter usually comes out on top though because he's a more capable man of action than either of them, he has experience with dealing with danger when shit hits the fan due to constantly having to avoid and repair the havoc Dee Dee causes on a daily basis. Jimmy also spends a lot of time dealing with danger but the difference is a majority of the time it's caused by Jimmy's tech going haywire all on it's own.
Yeah people forget Dexter is actually a component badass/action hero when he needs to be, and that's often how he bests Mandark.
That said the fact that Dexter even has a consistent rival to challenge him makes me feel like he's going to have a huge advantage off the bat.
It is a huge advantage, but Jimmy’s best advantage in this fight is his improvisation. In a couple of minutes, he was able to create a mech that could fight on the level of Mr. Crocker with the entirety of Fairy World’s armory after being thrust into a totally different universe with different laws of physics. Just regular FoP wands can create bombs that produce big bangs, and Jimmy was able to get around that level of power with absolutely no difficulty. Dexter has way more resources than Jimmy, but Jimmy is able to make tech on the fly that matches or even surpasses Dexter’s arsenal with only a few minutes of preparation with absolutely 0 worthwhile materials.

But by the time of Final its basically baby tier by then. Not to mention its force and bit devices make only the luckiest shot gets a hit in. Killing it in the first level opens up the way into the Bydo dimension and one of the final missions in Final 2 mention that you went to the end of the universe to kill the final boss of one route.

If you include comic feats, then Batman is even more fricked. Ignoring literally everything else those give him, his chains alone are strong enough to cut clean through a train like it was a tin can.

Me and DoctorGreen once came up with this thing called the "Mystery Fallacy."

Again, he isn't putting his leg in a Logia state. He uses his DF ability to teleport around, but majority of the time he's kicking and attacking without turning that part of his body into light. Simply put - just because he's a light-light man, doesn't mean he's always made of it 24/7. If that were the case, people like Aikanu and Ace would be burning shit and melting people just by walking around.

Yeah, it's weird because almost all of Silver's stuff there relies on scaling. If they don't give him any, then he basically has nothing.
They might try to rectify this by making him a composite instead, but then you still run into the problem that with how they've given Dragonball characters ludicrous multipliers before, unless they give him infinite multiversal scaling to Solaris, then Silver wouldn't be able to keep up.
Oh yeah they're going to do Sonic dirty by giving the seri s a character that can do the "time, uh?" thingy, by pitting against a character that is immune to that.

It's Xenoverse Trunks, so he's not immune to time frickery. Had it been regular Trunks then he would've been, but Xeno/Hero characters operate differently, so really it's a coin flip to see if DB is going to acknowledge that fact, or if they'll ignore it entirely and let Silver's time travel be effective anyhow.
I'd like to believe that but remember when they gave Broly composited abilities against Hulk, all the multipliers of Super but with DBZ Broly's ability to breathe in space so he didn't just immediately die once the planet blew up. They very well may just give Xeno Trunks the ability to be immune to time travel frickery too.
It's weird how you guys treat Xenoverse and Heroes as one continuity despite them obviously being different.
The only difference with Heroes is that it adds the world where Beat and co come from on top of everything else. It's the same cosmology otherwise.
