Unironically wrestling fights are never ever because of the shit they did, and Khan probably isn't coming back for a third time.
Near the end of the series it took things like Reze kamakazing herself and Aki Gun Devil's house wiping shots to destroy his body, but at the same time during the Devil of Darkness Arc, he got stabbed and impaled by puppets with pointy arms. He jobs severely to anything that isn't blunt or explosive and relies heavily on his blood based regeneration.

If it's to fix an incorrect outcome, a lot of those the other anon mentioned, plus Tifa vs Yang, Bayonetta vs Dante, Gaara vs Toph, Bowser vs Ganondorf, Overwatch vs TF rematch (could switch characters if they want to), or just another Bomberman, Harry Potter, and Kratos match in general, are welcome. I don't think they are on the mood to fix fights from season 5 onwards, or fights involving characters who were given a pity win recently, like Thor and Shadow.
But I would rather not have Kratos fight an opponent that stomps him hard, like Spawn again. Give him Dante or someone else who is closer to his real powerlevel. Not the fake powerlevel he has in his fanatics' heads. Spawn is too broken, he's a comic book character with tons of insane and ridiculous power ups and forms. People that think Spawn vs Kratos is a close or fair fight are just delusional.
Chun Li vs Mai can go either way. Chun Li is kinda weak by KOF standards. Angel, Kula, Shermie, Leona, and Chizuru destroy her. Luckily for her, Mai is like mid tier among the entire KOF roster.

Normal Kaiman is great with knives but he doesn't stand a chance durability wise to Denji. I seem to remember Denji getting tossed through buildings which is something Kaiman can't survive without magic (since he's only a very strong human with extra lives afaik).

Elders, depending on their age (Elders that are even older are then referred to as Ancients who by then even more skilled) may or may not have physical limitations due to advanced age. They are still capable of preforming superhuman feats, but would need to take a lunch break or catch their breath more often.
At that point, Boba could be likely to outlast the Elder/Ancient if they somehow didn't find a way to get to Boba with the countless millenia of combat experience they possess.

Almost all calculations in Death Battle are approximations with a lot of assumptions. I even bet some numbers are just invented because some feats require high physics analysis and a lot of time (and some feats are absolutely physicaly illogical)

I don't think they'd survive because that was sort of the power of Jesus in the series (or at least, the power to avoid misfortune), and the head doctor uses saints as a framework for the inevitability of Wonder of U's calamities. Actually engaging the head doctor would be explicitly 'pushing your luck' so to speak and that tends to have a breaking point even for people that can manifest luck.
Reaching him requires something that can go beyond not just the physical, spiritual or supernatural, but can go beyond reason.
Just use Deadpool
Deadpool exists, and more specifically his own abilities and tools tangibly exist. They exist so powerfully they can go beyond worlds.
That is the exact opposite of what you need to be able to reach Wonder of U.

Funnily enough, Araki said in his last author's note for the story that the power is specifically and intentionally inspired by the idea of fan death battles. Steel Ball Run was relatively very grounded compared to this where it was basically a supernatural western.

I'm pretty sure that's what was happening when Araki wrote parts 5 and 8.
People who can't grasp KC or GER are the same kinds of people who chewed on pencils. I was genuinely surprised by the number of JoJogays who couldn't comprehend time erasure or being untouchable.
In fairness some of them were meming it because Part 5 had awful fan translation history.
King Crimson complaints come from the inconsistent portrayal of the power. For some reason, Jojo fans can't accept that Araki changes ideas on the fly. For example in his first appearance, an elevator is destroyed and Trish's arm severed; later he grabs all the pictures off a hotel room wall during erased time; and later still he impales a kid on a fence during erased time. But on the other hand, Araki frequently drew it to be that King Crimson is intangible to the world during erased time. He phases through bullets and doesn't punch people until time returns. He sprays his own blood toward people to blind them since it stops being a part of him, but beyond that he acts like he can't physically harm people during erases time.
So then Jojo fans start making up shit to bridge the gap like "fated consequences" the idea that Diavolo might see the results of his own actions through Epitaph's concrete future vision, and then erase time. And that therefore the world behaves like he was doing that thing normally, while he actually repositioned himself to escape his own consequences during the time he was acting that got erased. Allowing him to 'attack' lethally if he sees it in the future and make that 'attack' during a span of erased time in safety. And that's a lot more convoluted and autistic but Jojo fans will rather have that than just shrug.
