The movie review things he did for the oscars that one year were funny and I liked how he made fun of homosexuals and pretended to be one.

I'd go to my friends house after school in 8th grade and watch this shit. he just coat-tailed on viral/ sensational videos. it was "amusing" but not funny. we'd just turned it off and play COD

He didn't give you guys such huge boners that you sucked each other off until you came in each other's mouths?

What said. It was background noise that was at least a little bit more interesting than the typical schlock that came on CC during the day. It was their attempt at capturing the millennial audience by having some t-shirt wearing college-age looking dude make gay jokes while commenting on "viral" videos. It was blatant pandering but it had a few interesting bits so whatever.

Literally what I did. I remember watching Tosh the summer his show started. It got old after a couple years but I’ve been catching reruns on Pluto lately and it’s still funny
Ironic how people called Tosh a Web Soup ripoff when it premiered a few days ahead

It was. Now the only one left is that gay to still vents his TDS on his Daily Show knock-off.

back when the "comedians are modern day philosophers" craze was at its height, Tosh was the only big name not to go on a podcast and spill his guts. always respected that about him - do your shitty tv show, go on tour, keep your life private.

Yeah my parents loved this show 10+ years ago. It's probably what made them realize something was wrong with me because I had already showed them most of the clips he watched on the show, since I had seen most of them on /b/.

Go rewatch it. The character Tosh plays is Cinemaphile incarnate. He's racist, he constantly shits on women, he makes pedophile jokes all the time, he likes watching people die. His jokes were so unashamedly reprehensible and it feels so refreshing compared to the sanitized garbage we have now. It's one of the funniest shows of all time.

Don't watch the final couple seasons though. They're AFV tier.

Tosh is the ultimate filter. If someone tells you they don't like Daniel Tosh you immediately know they're an absolutely insufferable miserable c**t. The type of person that makes you tired just to be around.
