Their agents and PR people comb through all of this shit. There's literally skyscrapers filled with office workers that "mine" data on clients that want to get more exposure in the media, and then they compile all of that data and send it to the agents, managers, and PR people who then agree which is the next "best" social media post.
Not all celebrities do this, but many do. Most of them don't even have access to their social media accounts. Supposedly when Roseanne did that whole planet of the apes thing, a lot of people just handed the keys to these people. They're called "handlers" in the business. I only know because I sell properties to people in the Santa Monica area and had to sit through like a week with this one chick that was telling me about it. She manages one of the departments that looks through all the stuff of reddit....and she straight up name dropped Cinemaphile and I had to pretend I didn't know what that was....and she was like "trust me it's a good thing you don't know what is."
