Which just goes to show what a shit show Marvel has become. DC is getting into this shit too with their tv and movies. There is no consequences. Everything is spaghetti on the wall. Yeah, you can erase the mistakes of bad movies, but it also reduces the weight of the good ones too.

Daredevil isn't canon to the mcu, its like the incredible hulk film, certain aspects of it happened but anything that is contradicted is not canon

      >its like the incredible hulk film, certain aspects of it happened but anything that is contradicted is not canon

Nothing in The Incredible Hulk was contradicted though. It's just as much part of the MCU, as it was made to be, as Iron Man 1 is. And no, recasting Norton with Ruffalo doesn't count.

Aang Lee Hulk’s connection to Incredible Hulk extends as far as one ending in South America and the other starting in South America. Honestly the initial question of “are the two connected” really just existed because audiences weren’t as familiar with the concept of reboots in 2008 so there may have been a little confusion otherwise. The opening title sequence of Incredible makes it clear the two share no canon whatsoever, and despite being recast, Norton’s version is the one canon to Avengers.

Seasons 1 and 3 are cannon to the MCU

        >Seasons 1 and 3 are cannon to the MCU
Nope. Marvel Studios makes the MCU, not Mervel Enterainment. None of the netflix shows and AoS are canon to the MCU because they were made by Marvel Entertainment. Those shows are nothing but Ike Perlmutter having a pissing contest with Kevin Fiegie.

he means how the incredible hulk treats the ang lee movie as "canon enough"

Ang Lee Hulk isn't part of the MCU though. There's literally never been any implication of it or attempt to bring it in. To even remotely think that it can be is some heavy wishful thinking on whoever would want it, which I imagine is nobody because I suspect the people who like Ang Lee Hulk don't like the MCU.

It's almost like Wesley in the first trailer for Daredevil name drops Thor and Iron Man and when Ben Urich looks up at the paper framed on his wall was the Battle for New York which happened in MCU in 2012. What's the matter, sport? You sound so certain, yet still don't know what you're talking about. https://youtu.be/jAy6NJ_D5vU?t=114

Ike Perlmutter pissing contest with Fiegie. The entire of the MTVU is Ike trying to have a say on the MCU from the outside. Notice how none of the MCU references the MTVU stuff. Because nothing made outside of Marvel Studios is part of the MCU. It's the same thing as the Expanded Universe. They referenced and used characters from Star Wars, but were never part of Star Wars because George Lucas never gave a shit about any of that. That's what Ike's stuff is, only Ike made his shows out of spite, not out of flattery.

Still think you know what you're talking about, slugger?

Different continuities. Their using the same guy doesn't mean that the MCU one is the Daredevil one.

You'd be surprised what you can get away with when you can easily crank out a long winded story on demand. People get bored and just give you what you want.

Probably released during The Snap. I imagine a prison, suddenly low on guards, would choose to release any inmates who were non violent or not an immediate threat just out of necessity of focusing on the truly dangerous. Fisk is a big bad guy, but he wouldn’t be out there raping and robbing the next night upon release, so he’d be an easy choice to let go. Also in the chaos of learning that half all life was evaporated by a space alien, news of a corrupt real estate mogul getting out of jail probably wouldn’t make big headlines.

Do you think it's time to admit Kingpin and Rhino are the same person, or at least work it into a MCU exclusive original story? Something the comics cant do because it suppose to be some kind of eternal snufflupugus-like secret.

I think the big deciding factor will be Daredevil in She-Hulk. If it's true he's defending Melvin in court and wrapping up that storyline from the show, that should clench the Netflix shows as canon.

Are the Netflix shows in the MCU collection on D+?
