Which director is the kino equivalent of this to you?
For me it's Bong Joon Ho. Memories of Murder is his only good film. The rest are way overrated.

The first Uwe Boll movie I ever watched was Postal. I thought "That was actually pretty good, for what it is, I don't know why everyone shits on this guy"
Then I watched his other movies.
Need ciara to shit on my chest
I don't listen to music
Any movie with a soundtrack is a musical and you are a gay if you watch them.
There is an exception for when the song is part of the setting (song playing in a car for instance)
>There is an exception for when the song is part of the setting (song playing in a car for instance)
Unprincipled homo.
As long as it isn't shoehorned in its fine. As long as it adds to the setting and other sounds can be heard over the music
>As long as it adds to the setting and other sounds can be heard over the music.
>As long as the balls don't touch it's not gay.
Like in no country for old men where music is part of the background in certain settings, but the film doesn't have a musical score
As I said homo.
Go watch that aids musical you gay
Sure thing semen slurper.
But thats you gay boi
>WAIT
Not even close to accurate.
Night of the Living Dead is one of the best horror movies of all time. George Romero then spent the rest of his career remaking that movie and each time he made it worse.
agree strongly and you could almost say the same for tobe hooper but Funhouse is underrated classic
The two sequels were okay, but once he divorced his first wife (the real creative talent) it was all downhill from there.
Brick if we are talking movies.
if we are talking songs.
Sunbather if we are talking albums.
Boring as frick flick imo. Looper is his only good film.
>looper
Naw it's great, I'm a huge fan of noir and an ex showed it to me not realizing it was a sendup of noir so I went in blind and had a great time.
>instead of the chief he's getting blasted by the vice principle
10/10
The strange way everyone but tug talks is supposed to emulate the strangeness of noir narration and "fast talking" but modernized.
It's the opposite of blue velvet in all the right ways.

I think Mother is good. But I do sort of agree, I don't think his other films are super bad but he def peaked with MoM
>I don't think his other films are super bad
Neither do I. They do seem excellently crafted, so it's hard to call them bad but it feels like he hasn't had a great idea since MoM.
he's never missed, you're just contrarians
the host blows and snowpiercer is meh
Agree with this anon. Those films were trite.
Okja and Snowpiercer are definitely trite.
Michael Cimino.
>Bong Joon Ho
I wish my name was Bong. All I do is hit that thing
idk but Heather Baron-Gracie isn't goth anymore and that pisses me off
>man feet
>man hands
>Hairline
>shoulders

>Memories of Murder is his only good film.
It's a great film. Not good. Great
