They used to have this sort or personality quiz, and some of the stuff they asked was on a scale of 1 to 5 with strongly agree on one side and strongly disagree on the other if people are successful due to hard work? Or stuff like people should keep what they earned and not be forced to share, etc. It seemed like a way to weed out really lefty type socialists. Why couldn't modern companies use quizzes like that again for employees?
