No. It had its time. The window to make a movie for Community closed in 2017
I do.
I meant someone important.
I care if Pierce is brought back and Troy and Shirley are not involved.
Troy is funny as frick. And Shirley seems kinda necessary even if she’s not that funny.
I am in if all of them are back including Pierce and the nogs
pierce is dead but his half brother played by giancarlo esposito is still alive
shirley's kids are probably old enough to go to greendale now
>Shirley
Amnesia Chang baby was the worst part of the show. Prove me wrong. You can't.
Troy would never come back. He's too famous now.
>Six of Community’s nine central stars will return for the movie: Joel McHale (Jeff), Danny Pudi (Abed), Alison Brie (Annie), Gillian Jacobs (Britta), Jim Rash (Craig) and Ken Jeong (Ben). Donald Glover (Troy), Chevy Chase (Pierce) and Yvette Nicole Brown (Shirley) are not currently attached to the movie. Reps for Peawiener declined comment on their status and if any negotiations were expected to transpire to reunite all nine original stars.

>Ben
Tell me you haven't watched the show without telling me you haven't watched the show
A lot of people are psyched
Too bad its guaranteed to disappoint and will feel forced
So did half the 6 seasons so it'll be completely on brand
I care, it will fulfill the prophecy, 6 seasons and a movie
I guess hosting Kitchen crime Scene just isn't as rewarding as sitcom?
No. The show became terrible starting with season 3. The first 2 seasons are amazing though. Such a shame that it fell off so hard and now we'll never get a satisfying conclusion for seasons 1-2.
season 3 had some of the best episodes of the entire show
I'm glad the show only got one season. I can't imagine how female writers would ruin this show!
I do
Is the actor still alive?
No, he died a few years back but he lived to 93, which is impressive. Hopefully there's a Leonard tribute in the movie
Bra it aint going to be the same without this boomer
My ex lets me have her Netflix, my brothers AT&T lets me have his HBO, my dad's Walmart+ just started letting me have Paramount. I pay for all of their Hulu and now Disney.
I'm not paying for Peawiener no matter how hard you try
>I pay
lmao, i haven't paid for a single piece of media since 2006
>paying for anything when free streaming sites have literally everything paid streaming sites have in the same quality plus much more
Keep consooming your goyslop Black person cattle.
Mmhmm and do your ISPs know?
I put all my traffic through a VPN that has a history of refusing to work with law enforcement. My business is none of my ISP's business.
Yeah the vpn would NEVER give up your real isp. You fricking moron lmao
They have literally been subpoenaed multiple times and always refused to comply with giving out any amount of customer information on top of encrypting all traffic and maintaining no records. So yeah, I trust them, and I've never gotten a single letter or e-mail from my ISP since using them despite exclusively using public trackers for everything.
>paying for any of it
Real streets behind behavior.
Underrated post
>Walmart+
Uh? Do americans really?
this is literally the first time ive heard of this. i initially thought it was a joke. makes sense though, everyone else is in the subscription business, why not walmart?
The Reddit sensibility retroactively ruined this show. It was great at its time, but now it feels turbo reddit.
Have you tried not basing your entire personality around hating an imaginary boogeyman you've invented based on a website you supposedly don't visit?
No. Frick redditors.
I do, I re-watch it every two years or so. Even the shitty seasons.
That said a movie is just pointless. It's been so long it's just gonna be a reunion nostalgia type thing with no actual substance. Like 90 minutes version the first episode of season 5.
Why do homosexuals lie? I see a thread about this shitty show here every fricking day
I watched some Community for the first time in years at a friend's place recently. It's still entertaining but it's sense of humour and tone is very much of its time. Feels like this movie is only going to appeal to aging redditors that actually watched the last season and still think it's 2011.
They don't it literally exists just so they can say "six seasons and a movie". SO FANNY
It will never happen. Chevy and Donald Glover will never come back.
these homies went to community college for 12 years what kinda shit is that
I dunno. pierce was only going because he had no friends, jeff got his degree but his practice failed and he became a teacher. some characters changed degrees, annie didn't like her job and went back to learn something else etc
>brunette>blonde>the men>niggress
unironically the greatest sitcom of all time
yes, it's peak comfy
>Cinemaphile cares about a normie show
kinda surprised honestly
>community
>normie show
newbie
no one watched this shit when it was airing except Cinemaphile.
How times have changed. I tried to get everyone I knew to watch Community but only the Cinemaphilener types went for it, all my more normie or reddit friends didn't get it or didn't like it, they all thought it was weird and dumb. Community was always a Cinemaphile show that repelled normies, which is also part of why it struggled to stay on the air in its later seasons.
Is it weird I imagine the mom from Rick and morty looks like Brita and not the hideous creature that voices her from scrubs?
6 seasons and a movie.
Forgot pic
The entire original cast has to come back, including the old man. Otherwise what's the point? If you're a professional then suck it up and invite him back and pay him well.
Should just let it die though.
they'll definitely get glover and the chick who plays shirley but I doubt they'll get Chevy back unless they threw a ton of money his way, which it's a peawiener streaming movie so not a chance
they won't get Chevy back because everyone hates him apparently. They could still film some scenes with him separately and maybe troy finds old videos of pierce since he's dead anyway
>because everyone hates him apparently
The show makers maybe. But him and Troy/Abed were part of the draw. Lots of people make shows and hate each other whilie doing it; just like most any job. Get over it. There are no more Annie's breasts so they need to bring out the other big gun(s). Not inviting Chevy back is wrong on several levels. And him saying "No" is also wrong.
>There are no more Annie's breasts
DID SOMETHING HAPPEN TO HIM?!
Annie's Boobs is probably doing alright, but the actress's breasts were ruined by age and diet
She's a girl and she's alive and well, still acting as recently as 2019: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crystal_the_Monkey
I've never even heard of Peawiener before now. I assume it's NBC's service, but when the frick did it start?
no, it's obviously a desperation move for their failed platform. funny how these execs only have an appreciation for shows like this years after the fact when any continuation or reboot will be guaranteed to suck ass
I think peawiener actually does better than most platforms that are just money sinks. it's ad supported and they don't spend nearly as much as apple/netflix/amazon etc
No, it was good while it lasted I honestly don't think I'd be interested in watching a Community: The Movie at this point.
I do
If it sucks, who cares. I can just never watch it again and I'm not an autist where it'll ruin the many seasons of the show I love.
They're supposed to be community college students? They look 30.
