Genuinely, what does a rapist even look like? do you expect some anime tier bastard to cackle about how much he loves drunk pussy? if none of the main characters are Rapists then there's literally no reason to write about them. We do know of rapist characters (Valentino) but only when they're relevant

I think what Viv was trying to go for is that the real monsters in hell are the former human sinners, not the hellborn demons who are only a bit less moral on average than most humans.
Its why majority hellborn areas are just slightly nastier versions of earth whereas majority sinner areas are dsytopian anarchist nightmares.

I think the idea around Bee is that she's more an adaption of how the kind of people that get you addicted to drugs or other things actually act IRL. She's addicted to partying and tries to seem like someone "responsible" but the episode clearly shows her multiple people ignoring her and still going to the extreme, one of the main characters included. She's someone that wants to seem like the "chill vibey girl" but she's still making everyone take part in toxic behaviors without realizing, which is much more of a realistic portrayal than the "hey kid u want some drugs?" thing.
