He is a great actor though. Owen is one goofy looking guy
He is a great actor though. I like him in all the Wes Anderson movies and even though I can hardly stand Marvel anymore he managed to elevate Loki with his mere presence and actually put good work into his role. He and Sandler are definitely the comedic actors that people underestimate their acting chops, though people are starting to appreciate Sandler more thanks to Uncut Gems.

The one thing about this show that's always seemed rather bizarre to me is how it just seems to never get cancelled, and I mean that in both practical like ratings wise, AND woke culture "cancellations." It's kind of like South Park in the sense that they can really get away with anything.

No because I have basic social skills and understand that people might not have the same experience when watching something I really enjoy or obsess over. Same thing happens when they show me some tiktok bullshit or some garbage capeshit series, I feign interest just to be a good friend but I don't expect my friends to sit through something they find boring even though I drag them to watch stuff with me I don't go in with huge expectations or I just pick something I know we will both enjoy.

I recently discovered my gf looks up every single movie/show we watch to know what happens before it happens.Found out when we were watching Life Aquatic and she was furiously reading the Wikipedia article during the scene where the helicopter malfunctions so she would know what happens to the characters inside of it. During some other movie I had to physically stop her from looking at her phone multiple times, which clearly agitated her greatly.

Yep. Movie night with my friends, I put on Unbreakable. They started going on their phones within 20 minutes, were sighing a few times, asked how long it was, and afterwards had very little to say and awkwardly left.
