    >Toccada in Fugue
Pretty cool and looks great, but the longer it goes on the boringer it get and it fricking sucks because the ending is the best part
    >Nutcracker Suite
Pretty good but some parts are just eh too boring. Like the goldfish part.
    >Sorcerer's Apprentice
    Still great
    >Rite of Spring
Fricking terrible. So fricking boring. Only cool bits are the lava bubbling up and the dinosaur fight
    >Meet the soundtrack
    who gives a shit
    >Pastoral Symphony
frick this segment, just cut it out.
    >Dance of the Hours
    Actually, Really fricking good.
    >Night on Bald Mountain/Ave Maria
Both excellent even if they run on for too long, all their technical mastery of animation comes into play here.

Still better than 2000. 2000 is just total fricking dogshit except for Rhapsody in blue.

I think the Fantasia 2000 segments hold up better on their own than the original segments. Half of the celebrity intros are awful though.

Doooooooogshit taste, like I would punch you in the face for being this much in the wrong about everything, you barely register as human to me. Soulless.

One of my 10/10 movies. Really good, maybe the most well done and creative animation I've ever seen.

Eh, am I in the minority if I love the entire film? Every part obviously has an intentional meaning to the pacing and style.

That's like saying 2001: A Space Odyssey sucks ass. It's ok to not like it and it's even ok to admit out loud that you were too ADD to focus on it, but saying it sucks? Yeah, you should probably save yourself embarrassment and keep those kind of thoughts to yourself.

I lowkey think that The Rite of Spring inspired 2001 in the first place.

You can say something sucks, but just know your shitty opinions will make others have opinions about you. Don't like it? Keep your bad opinions to yourself.

Has anyone seen the Italian copycat? Very interesting, and, although it obviously doesn't have nearly as much the same budget as Fantasia, it's still great imo. The framing actually plays a role in the "plot".

I have, it's pretty fun. I'd never heard the Slavonic Dance before, it's one of my favourite pieces now. The Valse Triste is a real stab in the balls.

Very insecure and bad call from the Looney Tunes cast
Because they can’t have any serious or sincere moments the Disney cast can. Bugs has an emotional moment and it’s the dumbest looking shit of all time. They could never do what a duck comic could do and it makes them overall weaker characters then the Disney ones

Mickey Mouse is fricking boring and for old people while Bugs Bunny is awesome and would probably do drugs and have gay sex

This is why the Muppets were so good, they're the best of both worlds. Disney sincerity and Warner Bros comedy.

Disney had comedy you tard. In fact, most of what the other companies were doing was blatantly copying Disney.

Some of it was copying, and some it was also making fun. Tex Avery did the latter in the beginning of Red Hot Riding Hood.

It's called parody/lampoon. Nobody at WB or MGM actually disliked Disney. Most people got into the industry because they liked 30's Disney.

Those were affectionate parodies. Chuck Jones said in an interview that the WB animators were in awe of what Disney was doing back then, even if they didn’t care for Walt himself.
