Bitches leave
Nice one.
ok. there is no practical benefit to being a robot. it doesn't give him special power. it might as well just be 'Cop'
Wouldnt he just be dead without the robot stuff?
It literally made him immune to gunfire you moron.
Cops can wear armor
And humans can still be injured or incapacitated by being shot through armor.
Robocop was literally fricking invincible.
Go on, idiot. Try and defend your shit point some more, because your ego can't ever take being wrong.
>Robocop was literally fricking invincible.
you've gone a bit quiet after that other anon ruined you moron lol
I don't know what you're arguing about. You're both morons, if you ask me. Robocop's armor helps him survive firefights, yes. But his main advantage is that he can work almost 24 hours a day (not counting maintenance time), with no days off. The main idea in Robocop was that they wanted a prototype of the robots of the future, which they would then replace all the cops in the city with. But no one is saying that such a robot can't be destroyed. But it's a street patrolling robot, not a military machine.
You've gone from "Robocop's literally invincible" to "Robocop's armour helps him survive fights" and "he can work 24 hours a day".
Seems like it's your ego can't take ever being wrong lol
Moron, you're talking to two different people.
sure I am dipshit lol
I don't know why you're trying to look dumb. Anyway, I'm we got a there's a discussion about Robocop. I'm always happy to talk about Robocop.
>Anyway, I'm we got a there's a discussion about Robocop.
owned again and we all know the airplane mode trick moron
>airplane mode
homosexual phoneposter frick off
Hi. Anon 3 here. You're a homosexual. Enjoy.
>invincible
>got shot to shred when the actual cops showed up and would have died if the they weren't on his side
he's slow and not even that well-armored. He's a good psychological tool but realistically at least one criminal would have gone for his head, which is evidently less armored than the rest of his body. Some goon tries to do just that at the start of robocop 3 and only misses due to panic.
of course, he's also a moron at times. See
for how easily he can be ambushed by a serious crime outfit.
He was wearing armour when he got killed
He doesn't need any "super powers". It is a robot designed to patrol the streets and apprehend criminals.
Being a robot is both a marketing gimmick by OCP and a means to assert their control over law enforcement by eventually making all cops programmed machines designed to ignore or aid OCP employees.
Maybe if you watched the movie you'd understand that.
holy frick you were FILTERED hard, not even memeing
he punches through walls, has aimbot, and is nearly indestructible.
Autistic contrarian posts like this make me want to quit browsing altogether.
Have fun chastising others on your troony-modded discord server with no irl friends, you fricking plebian, I-am-very-smart-becaus-I-criticize-things, charlatan.
No emotions, just the law
he gets super strength, is generally bullet proof and he has a computer brain
Yeah, EVERYONE can shoot with Robocop's accuracy.
1. Armor is strong enough to deflect small arms fire.
2. He does not tire or run out of energy during patrols.
3. Computer assisted targeting means he can't miss.
4. He has onboard cameras and memories, which store everything he sees during work hours.
5. 3 burst fire 9mm handgun pretty much shreds unarmoed human opponents.
that weird shot where dick jones is falling
That’s it. That’s the only thing I got. Everything else is fricking great.
Were you just waiting for someone to post that image so you could have a laugh?
Yes.
its only weird because they used a fish eye lens.
that scene was done by kevin smith (jk but he doesnt know shit about lenses either)
It was fricking kino as frick
Dick Jones was revealed to be Slenderman before people even knew who Slenderman was
the scene walking through his old house
What makes this movie so cool?
it was made by people on cocaine
it's sad that the rest of the franchise is utter garbage while the first is perfect
Robocop 2 is literally Robocop with a better budget.
the spark just isn't there and repeating the first movie beat for beat isn't an improvement
RoboCop 2 is the best sequel ever made.
I really liked it as well, except for the part where they scramble his brains.
I wish we could have gotten a sequel to Buckaroo Banzai.
Ive always wanted the model for Kain. I have to find one to print now.
kek
have 5 or 6 kain units fighting him. go full pants on head moron DBZ robots fist fighting while his badass combat bios loads up for him to go SSS5
Good Smile Company is coming out with a Kain model kit here soon. Scales well with their figma and/or hagane works Robocop.
I want to print a few of them for the OPR version of killteam. they would be fricking sick for ADMECH
*laughs in mad max 2*
Scoffs in Winter Soldier.
(Robocop 2 and Mad Max 2 are superb)
bringing up capeshit in a discussion about kino is very cringe
Having an orgasm while being raped by black men, like Mrs. Drescher did, is very cringe on your part.
>brings up capeshit, then immediately BBC
Like pottery
>road warrior is a movie about a collapsing society with a bunch of psychos robbing, raping and killing whoever they feel like
>mad max 2 is about a wasteland playground for organized gangs with crazy haircuts wearing football gear like they stumbled off the set of the wild boyz music video so max and his comedic relief sidekick can kill them in spectacular ways
mad max 2 is road warrior. the original mad max had no subtitle
RC2 was directed by the same guy as Empire Strikes Back. Think about that for a second. Maybe some other franchises could have used the Kirsh treatment.
>RC2 was directed by the same guy as Empire Strikes Back.
Damn, I didn't know that.
>muh star wars
>muh heckin superhero films
gaylet.
My dudes, what the frick. I just saw this movie yesterday night. Are we all being played by some tv algorithm?
Yes and no. The world - as you know it - does not exist.
This. My man. I was just watching it yesterday.
>watching cable in 2022
>uncovered vulnerable mouth
this is capeshit
Dead or alive, you’re coming with me.
It's not mouth. It has no more than three percent living flesh, not counting the brain. It's just silicone stretched over iron to be more "human". Don't forget that this is a policeman who needs to communicate with civilians.
your chin and lips are roughly 3%
THEY MADE THAT TO HONOR HIM.
Yeah, Robocop was a comic book before the movie. Congrats on not knowing that.
As shitty as RoboCop 3 is, they at least highlighted this point. The splatterpunks were like ‘shoot him in the mouth!!’
did you not watch the part where they revealed Murphy's face is just skin stretched over armor? They needed a face for the public to get behind because just having a robot running around would scare the shit out of people
>RoboCop
>flaw
I never even thought about that.
I think it is the robot using MS-DOS.
I’m impressed the technobabble still rings authentic.
Only 0.1% of the audience would’ve touched a computer back then.
robocop even use usb with his fist whne he was in the computer room looking at the suspects files
Not really, it’s a spike that basically acts as a key to unlock the terminal he plugs it in to.
there's clearly some data transfer going on through it, but yeah, calling it usb is moronic
In fact its USB. Universal Serial Bus. It doesn't look like ours, of course, but it serves the same purpose of being a universal interface.
how is it universal when only some server in the police precinct used it?
And which ones aren't being used? I think he even connected to something in his house through it.
I only remember him connecting his fist through the tv when he was at his house
So I remember correctly. And the terminals at the police station. It looks like a universal interface. In any case, we don't have any additional information on how exactly this works.
Nah, man, he just smashes a monitor with his fist, I'm pretty sure he's not connecting his spike thingy anywhere else. Maybe in the 2nd one but it's been a while.
No, the second one doesn't have that at all. Which seems like an omission. But he doesn't do any "detective" work, more psychological work on himself 🙂
OCP basically built and operates the city. Can be universal enough.
It's not. OCP is buying the city, or trying to. And only WANTS to rebuild the city, they have plans for it. And the robocops are the first step toward that.
Not true, he uses no further inputs afterwards
> BIO.COM
> instead .exe
> because the .com file is loaded directly into memory as is
This movie is beyond great.
Nice info, bro!
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COM_file#DOS_binary_format
He says Murphy instead of Robert at the end
the cgi didn't age well at all, the year of release is no excuse, there were better cgi back then.
There's no CGI at all. It's all puppet animation and robotics.
Still better than the 2014 remake.
>2014 remake.
I can't believe they changed the design. It's like taking a terminator and making it completely different. Why? You have a cool, canonical and iconic robot design. Just take him, give him a couple of evil robots to fight and that's it. It wouldn't be anything special, but it would certainly be better than what you did.
black tacticool appealed to audiences more than chrome
These people do not respect your culture. It is not an accident.
Original looked like the muscle cars of the time, remake looks military tacticool.
Original was a corny idea played straight, remake was a serious sci-fi movie with ten times the pace. Guy solves his own murder in fricken minutes.
the thing that makes the original robocop so good is that it's such a bleak world but it has all that absurd humor
1) In the first film, the idea is not to make a military machine. It's a police patrol robot who can take direct hits from a gun, and make an arrest. That's it. Plus they needed to make it very quickly and cheaply to show management and get a contract. It was obviously going to be further upgraded.
2) The original shows very accurately how the robot works and the problems it brings with it. What exactly do you think is bad scientifically? Maybe in some ways they were too naive, in some ways they were too straightforward, but you have to discount what time it was filmed. But they actively consulted with scientists, engineers, and even the military. Considering what time it was filmed, you have to remember, they still had to make the film understandable to the general public of its time.
3) There is no "solution to his own murder" because it is not any kind of case. That's the point. Cops get shot like dogs, and criminals are covered by OCP. OCP actually funds crime to destroy the police and buy a crime-ridden city cheap. This is one of the main plot arcs. Maybe you'd understand it if you could watch anything more complex than Marvel movies.
NuRobocop behaves like a man in an armored costume. Peter Weller did an awesome job as a cyborg. 0vd2k
The only thing I liked about it was the part where they show him what's left of his body. The movie's not worth watching beyond that two minute clip on YouTube.
>cgi
CGI literally didn't exist back then zoomie
HAHAHAHA yes it did you fricking moron.
It did not. The sequel had minimal CGI, and it looked like this. CGI in movies didn't exist in 1987 unless you're being intellectually dishonest and acting like flat 2d computer graphics or vector graphics are conventional CGI. Toy Story didn't come out until 1995 and that was revolutionary when it came out. You're a fricking idiot.
Alright, bud...hahahaha.
Those films don't have CGI and you're being a homosexual on purpose.
>here's a list of old movies with CGI
>n-no..they don't have CGI, you're GAY!
What do you think CGI is, son? You can just admit you're wrong, this is the internet. I don't know you. I don't care. It's just funny you're being so dismissive.
saying the computer graphics used in those movies are conventional CGI is like saying a stickman on Microsoft paint is CGI. you're a dishonest piece of shit that gets his rocks off being annoying. I sincerely hope something horrible happens to you and you realize how much of an obnoxious homosexual you are.
>conventional CGI
There you go moving the goal post. You said old movies DID NOT have CGI. Well they did, by contemporary standards it was CGI. You hope something happens to me because I showed you a list of movies with CGI, like..TRON! Wow, I can smell you through my computer. Go take a shower, go do something with your day. I'm at work. Do you have a job or are you living off your parents? LOL you big soft headed idiot. It's even funnier to know you're actually pissed off from being wrong, zoomer. BYE 🙂 🙂
>I can't read so I'll just say you're moving the goal post
>You hope something happens to me because I showed you a list of movies with CGI
I hope something happens to you because you're a dishonest piece of shit that like pushing buttons.
>hurr durr ur mad hehe lol LMAO homie LMAO TAKE THE L RATIO
If you're this much of a homosexual about shit that doesn't matter I couldn't imagine how much of a total piece of shit you are in real life.
You don't even know what CGI is, do you?
>doesn't mention The Black Hole
You’re so stupid it hurts. Fricking zoomer moron
>CGI in movies didn't exist in 1987 unless you're being intellectually dishonest and acting like flat 2d computer graphics or vector graphics are conventional CGI.
This is from 1984. Tron is an even earlier example.
Predator 1 (1987) had CGI, the Pred's cammo is CGI
>What is Tron (1982)?
See this post? That's you saying CGI didn't exist back then.
See this post? It is a list of movies with CGI.
See this post by you? You are saying those movies don't have CGI.
See this post by you? You're moving the goal post in terms of what you define as CGI. What YOU define as CGI.
And you call me dishonest for saying "Movies had CGI back then, here is a list of them." And then you deny, attack, move the goal post, suck a dick, slurp the cum, vote democrat, and complain when things aren't going your way. And I love making you mad because people like you can't stand being wrong. Again, this is the internet, son. Don't take it so serious. Take a chill pill, AKA you prescription of Xanax. I hope it doesn't have any fentanyl in it, jk I hope it does so you can act like your idol George Floyd and cry when you CAN'T BREEVE! :^) ya big moron.
>you call me dishonest for
I call you dishonest because you're really obviously playing dumb. I didn't read the rest of your post because I can see random all caps shit and Xanax and George Floyd and emojis like I'm supposed to give a frick about any of that.
Oh I get it. You're just pretending to be moronic. You know I'm right but you just want to argue. That's creepy. So I'm just going to take everything you said as a bad troll for attention. Thanks for making it so obvious now.
A while back I saw a webm of some eastern euro starting shit with some guys on a park bench, it becomes obvious he can't leave well enough alone and thinks it's funny to push the guy's buttons, he turns his back after and gets suckerpunched and knocked out. While he's knocked out lying on a park bench he gets stabbed a half dozen times in the head with a pocket knife while his girlfriend watches. That's the sort of thing that'll happen to you one day when you do shit like this to some actually unstable dude. Some crazy moron is just gonna put you in the ground because you thought it was funny to be a homosexual all up in his face for a couple minutes.
I can't rewatch it for the first time.
None. Perfect film.
> Yeah, that's me. You're probably wondering how I got into this situation. Well, it all started with...
I've only ever watched the first one. Are any of the sequels worth looking into?
Yes, Robocop 3. Martin Scorsese once said that when he saw Robocop 3 he knew he would never make anything better.
Cool I'll check them out then. I've heard bad stuff about the sequels but I always wondered if they were worth checking out just to see where it all went.
Honeslty, it will be a huge disappointment compared to the 1 but if you time to waste, why not
The second film is good. The third one is worth a watch, only if to see what a real life Frank Miller cocaine fever dream is like involving flying robot ninjas.
In RoboCop 2, they literally made a robot junkie. I wonder if this was Miller's idea.
Très MTV
>Ladies and Gentlemen, may I present to you... Robocop 2(tm)
I groaned and walked out
> What is irony
Pretty sure your dad wasnt even born yet.
2 is good. 3 sucked and everybody knew it sucked but since you're posting on Cinemaphile everyone's gonna try and act like it's the best.
Even James Cameron said that Robocop 3 was better than Terminator 2.
T2 wasn't as good as T1
terminator 2 is the best action movie ever
3 is fricking horrible
Pleб.
he's right
ninja android was entertaining but overall it's the weakest of the trilogy
there aren't any flaws, vertical hooves did a perfect job
Why can't criminals just run away from Robocop? He doesn't move very fast.
Emil tried to run away and it didn't work. Then tried the 360 and ran heads on into him and that didn't work either.
Because Robocop has both a gun and a car.
Shooting someone who isn't an immediate threat is against the law so RoboCop's directive to uphold the law would prevent him from shooting someone who runs away. Robo would probably just tase him.
Are you talking about the original or the remake? He doesn't have a taser in the original.
Black dude in this movie had the best laugh. Pretty cool if you can do that on command.
Jesus...
This was rated M in AUstralia because they recorded dumb words over any swear-words. Motherfricker became Mother crusher. It was terribly twee but the ten yr old kid in front of me was really struck by this death scene. The whole cinema went quiet.
About halfway through the movie everyone watching could tell this movie was something different. Going to the movies used to be a public thing, i haven't been to a full cinema in years.
The headshot is especially gnarly.
The jaw is unarmored.
It doesnt matter, his jaw is metal too. The only organic parts that were lef is the brain (and some nerve parts of nerve system) and facial skin.
They saved his hand. He didn't need it, but they decided to keep it. The one left that the bandits didn't shoot off. That's an interesting detail. It's the same hand he'll use in the third movie to try to touch and caress the girl who falls asleep on his lap. By then he has already lost everyone he loves. But even that girl he can't caress - he only makes movements around her head similar to stroking her head. She's asleep, and the cold metal wakes her up. He won't feel anything anyway, and it will only wake her up. So he just repeats the motions in the air.
That was actually the one good scene of the remake, with this disembodied face and the half lung and the hand just hanging in the air being "alive".
That’s only in the third. In the first they specifically say total body prosthesis. “We managed to save the arm.” “Lose it, we agreed on total body prosthesis.”
slap a netflix warning screen on it reminding everyone that it's a satire and it'll be 100% perfect
There isn't
It literally is a perfect 10/10
Lewis getting distracted by BBC scene
>be Bob
>get cashed out
When I was a kid I was in The Terminator > Robocop camp, but as I've gotten older I think Robocop is literally a flawless movie
robocop is better than the first terminator, but terminator 2 is better than both
From the moron point of view, absolutely.
Sean Young should have played his partner
I like Showgirls and Hollow Man, that's how you know I'm a real Verhoevenoid.
I rewatched it this year and I thought the news segments and fake advertisements were a little too Saturday Night Live tier compared to the quality of the rest of the movie
+Dick Jones arms
Verhoeven perfected the "ironic media of the movie's universe" in Starship Troopers
Lewis lust for BBC
She looks amazing for her age.
It's like the opposite of child actors that look weird as adults, she grew into her pleasant old lady face
Looks like Maggie Gyllenhaal's daughter.
And back in the day...
frick she was fine in that movie, even married to the director an shit
that scene where he was shooting penises dragged on for too long
It got a sequel
And it was amazing.
no..
yes...
when boss dude falls out the window and has long arms
Why was that guy funding the criminal thugs? Why would anyone want their city to be a shithole just to sell guns or whatever crap they were selling to the police force. Why would anyone live in Detroit? How did the crime get that bad in the first place? The government would've stepped in a long time ago. Corporations are not as evil as any Government, why do movie writers think corporations are evil?
>Hello Murphy... Give me some of that hard thick metal wiener!
I will never forget the shocking deleted scenes.
In the second film, they literally filmed a sex scene between a robot and a woman.
no sex appeal
I've always found his compassion sexy.
if feats of mechanical engineering don't give you a semi, you're a homosexual or a roastie and therefore your opinion is invalid
What about this guy's face? Or Lewis beating up the perp at the beginning of the movie?
human Alex looks like a sex offender
Choppy stop motion. They could already do better at that time.
The stop motion was good i liked it, it was rough and visceral ultra-violence just how i like it.
It would only have lost its retro charm if it was done with more modern techniques just like many modern video game remakes do nowadays.
This is a big reason I like first Terminator best. Stop-motion limping endoskeleton was kino. The Stan Winston puppetry was top notch too. From T3 on it’s mostly all CG bullshit for the endos.
Criminals could outrun him
Nancy Allen's acting is pretty bad and this is coming from someone who defends her in stuff like Dressed to Kill.
The motivation of Boddicker near the end is pretty contrived with them needing that awkward scene with Dick Jones to convince him to fight RoboCop for no reason other than business opportunities, like any smart kingpin would just say frick this and get out of there.
The final fight scene is kinda underwhelming with RoboCop slowly walking from explosions.
People overexaggerate what a great satire of the times it was, it was actually well out of date by 1987 with most films from the earlier 80s made better parodies and satires like Repo Man.
>The motivation of Boddicker near the end is pretty contrived with them needing that awkward scene with Dick Jones to convince him to fight RoboCop for no reason other than business opportunities, like any smart kingpin would just say frick this and get out of there.
I would argue. I don't see a problem with that. He worked for Dick Jones. Yeah, he could have run away, I guess, dropped everything, told him to go to hell. But... why? He's a mass murderer of cops. And being protected by Dick Jones, he's actually kingpin, that's what makes him kingpin. But he also doubts that he needs to mess with Robocop and wants to up the ante. And Dick Jones gives him and opportunity to become something more, to gain power, and also provides him with tracking Robocop and a huge weapon. Of course, he takes the bait.
None. Robocop 2 is on par with the original too, which makes the sequel underrated. Robocop 2 is honestly the best sci-fi movie there is.
I WORK FOR DICK JONES
The logistics of stuff from the start of the chase to Murphy getting killed feels a bit weird. Murphy and girl go into the facility despite having no backup. They split up. Girl gets dispatched because she looked at black guy's thing. Murphy is then outnumbered easily. Feels like they were dumb to have gone in there with just the two of em. Otherwise 10/10 movie
>people make mistakes under pressure
>this somehow makes the movie bad
did you want him to 360 noscope everyone and then summon mjolnir to finish them off? fricking moronic homosexual
>makes movie bad
esl, I said it was 10/10
>pressure
The pressure should have had the opposite effect, it should have inclined them to wait for backup. Also they appear to have zero pressure anyway when they're outside. They just chat casually and agree to go in rather than wait for help, try watching the movie again zoomer
>Find at least one flaw. I'll wait.
His arms are too long.
>what is foreshortening
graduate high school before you post here
Finally!
>his arms reeeeeeeee
it's sad when even a child understands perspective better than you morons
He's not a 2D drawing, they just didn't measure them proportionately.
>not immediately turning the TV off when you catch your child watching RoboCop (1987)
That's just bad parenting. Do you still have nightmares about the toxic waste guy?
It's weird how you perceived Robocop as a kid. You never cared about anything, it was very cool. But now, as an adult, it's hard for me to watch some scenes: like the murder scene. It's very violent, very... borderline. But as a kid you don't realize that.
It was hard for you to watch as kid because you were disgusted by the blood. Now it’s hard for you watch because you feel sympathy for the guy getting shot.
No, what? I always sympathized with the hero, I just don't remember any feelings about him being shot. I remember more the scene afterwards, in the hospital. I used to watch this movie every day after school when I was a kid. Maybe kids just can't understand that scene. It's funny. That this movie has become so popular just among kids.
At least we were discussing Robocop. When we discuss Robocop it makes me happy.
Remake was so meh i do not even remmeber anything. Why was he acting like a 100% human? Was he still a robot or did his wife sold him to OCP?
So you’re saying the remake’s existence is somehow a flaw of the original movie?
No i'm asking robocop people a question
Twin large bore automatic cannons of ED-209 almost pulverize Mr. Kinney - yet not a single shell pierce his body, and the window behind him.
Fair enough.
It's OK. There was no one to write fact checking shit about obscure stuff on the internet back then.
>what is IMDb
>1687
>IMDB
not enough movies
Murphy spinning his pistol because he remembered his son thinking it was cool when he saw a guy on tv do it.
That's kino.
How is that a flaw?
I thought Murphy was talking about a cartoon when he mentioned his son's favorite TV show. Kids prefer cartoons over shows with live actors, so it made sense that he'd be talking about a cartoon.
He has flashback of his son asking him if he could do it. He also practices it before he gets blown away.
Dick Jones didn't wash his hands.
Dick Jones's body falling looks fricking terrible.
You're boned baby!
Well, as a kid, I always thought he was a bit vulnerable to incoming bullets around the jaw area, the rest seemed ok.
The flashback scenes are pretty bad but otherwise, everything else gets a pass.
Do you mean of Murphy's family? What was wrong there
>Murphy’s wife and son wave at him as he pays no attention to the road in front of him
>Murphy’s son watches a live action show instead of a cartoon
He needs a deployable mouth piece for situations of high risk
The giant Robocop machine special effects look like shit
I’m guessing you’re a zoomer; not even talking shit, I just remember when it was new. A lot of old practical effects were flawed, we knew it looked choppy and unnatural even then, but it’s what we had and still somehow seemed more real in comparison to CG rendered stuff.
>we're only human
now we get full cgi trash movies, everytime
He needs a mask to avoid spreading Covid19
Why are the gangsters so.......white?
Yeah the one token black guy in a Detroit otherwise dominated by white street criminals
Boddicker's gang was highly diverse.
>black guy
>vietamese guy
>did deals with Italians
In real life
>black
>black
>mixed
>black
>black
>does deals with other blacks
Maybe if you didn't live in a black community, you'd know that's not true.
They do that intentionally to avoid having race be an issue, or the film being accused of racism. You don't want the audience to feel sympathy for the bad guys so make them nice healthy looking adult white males. Yes, a crack gang in detroit would likely be a black gang.
RoboCop blowing away some 13 year old crack addict with a beretta doesn't feel as cool as him blowing through a bunch of faceless nameless henchemn though.
theres no rape scenes
Both Kinney and the title character himself get raped by bullets.
>find one flaw
Clarence Boddicker isn't a good villain
Have you been diagnosed with prosopagnosia?
Can you fly, Bobby?
>Clarence Boddicker isn't a good villain
The frick he isn't
too many people like it
Dick Jones' arms when he falls to his death
The chin strap continuity error. When his helmet comes off, the chin strap deal just disappears.
A child who hasn't even started puberty yet is watching a live-action series instead of an animated one.
Where the frick is our TJ Lazer spinoff show anyway
Just like the children in 80s were watching motherfricking Robocop instead of some gay cartoons.
Blatant misogyny throughout this sloppy flick. The remake is a lot better.
Stop-motion effects are very dated.
Other than that I got nothing. Robocop is the best movie in history, on a shared number one spot with Predator. It's crazy how they were both made in 1987.
Perhaps they are dated but I’m partial to them versus CG render stuff, likely because of nostalgia tinted glasses.
>Stop-motion effects are very dated
So is your mom's pussy, but that doesn't bother anyone apparently.
Lewis is never naked.
In the director's cut, murphy dies because Lewis is distracted fricking the black criminal
Damn, I think I remember that. Typical Black person moment.
It's funny, but there was originally planned to be a love scene between Lewis and Murphy. Can you imagine that it was Paul Verhoeven who insisted against it, believing that the love line between them would only distract the viewer.
Source?
My arse
Watch Dressed to Kill and pretend her hair's shorter.
This wasn't on the soundtrack
But his death didn't fricking change anything.
And that's why I love the sequel. The first movie was very naive at some points. But it was the sequel that showed a more realistic and bitter picture of the city.
Who the frick cleared that demonstration of ED-209's A.I. without checking to see if its weapon systems weren't fully loaded with live ammunition?
Dick Jones, he explains this in the video played when Miguel Ferrar gets grenaded
hands up
Lewis brings him baby food, that he needs to eat to live, and he shoots it all.
We never got an answer to whether the gas station attendant could outsmart a bullet.
Have you ever asked yourself "What if Bobby could fly?"

Do you really not understand why the human needs to eat?
