This always bothered me. Prevented it from being a classic. I think most would agree. That dude looks like kino incarnate.
Buddy's wife recommended it. I really don't recall the pirate capt being homo. He had a female like first mate or something who gave clothes to the chick.

i like this movie a lot. they don't make stories like this anymore. nobody's making Ladyhawke or The Princess Bride today.
The 2000's were the last time the culture had any POSITIVITY and Joie de vivre. That's what's needed to make good content. The culture war ended any and all good will left in the culture and everyone is a psychotic engaged to identity politics like a distracted druggie.
Couldn't stand the two lead characters.
It was comfy. That alone would place it well above most modern films.
They should have casted the actor who played the father as the lead. Wtf were they thinking?
Always thought this. Went with the goofy ass nigga instead
>goofy ass niggas
>some how he became daredevil

That was a humiliation ritual. No way otherwise.
Michelle Pfeiffer was fifty years old when she made this.

>Gaiman really needs to work trough his cheating issues.
What do you mean?
All of his works has some kind of cucking on it, every single one.
I don't recall cucking in 'Murder Mysteries' but I may have not been reading into it enough
>Richard roeper and dave karger (guest critic), ebert & roeper
I give it two thumbs WAY up my ass
>the scene where Yvaine gushes and professes her love for Tristan
bros...
Very. Fun and adventurous. Been a long time since I've seen a movie like that.
The running commentary from the dead princes is 11/10
The best part of the movie was the asshole prince.
Dad was a close second but was only in it for a few seconds.
