You don't need to consume heaps of art and news every day to be happy. Make a Newgrounds/pixiv account if you want to look at art without all the blogging homosexualry.

Depends on your intentions. Are you trying to follow favorite artists? Commission work? Learning to draw yourself? Go to boorus for the former and read books for the latter.
There are a lot of options and your end goal should be to find people you can talk about this stuff with irl. That cures social media fatigue like a mother fricker.
Alternatively, OP could just use an alt to aggregate his news and art without dealing with individual bullshit. I’ve got like two burner alt accounts at this point and it’s mostly tolerable.

Learn to curate the content and people you see on twitter. If you're seeing shit you don't like, it's probably your own fault. The block and mute button are available for a reason, and nobody will think less of you for using them on some stranger on the internet. It also helps to not constantly get into internet slap fights and follow topics or people just to get mad at them.
