The Church isn't a building. The Church is called the Body of Christ which is all the believers. And the New Testament makes it clear that it's important for the Body to be together.

Thats what Church is, its a community nothing more. Humans need community of like-minded individuals. Spirituality is just one aspect of that community. This is evidenced by those “atheist churches” in the UK

Daily reminder Nietzsche wasn’t saying that God being dead was a good thing. The opposite, he wrote that Europe’s move away from Christianity would lead to a world war, and it did within 20 years of his death.

It has incredibly excellent sound quality. Like, seriously. It's really, really crisp. All you need to pay attention is the debate though. You can skip every other minor character's scene as it essentially equates to
    >guy/girl you don't care about having crisis of faith unrelated to narrative
Trim that shit out by skipping ahead and the film improves a great deal. Kevin Sorbo captivates, carries and commands every scene he's in. Ending of the movie isn't good and you'll see conflict resolution from a mile away. Whatever assessments you make about the characters early on about where this is all leading and the motivations will likely be true in the finale. It's a very basic movie. I almost forget what the blonde guy and the black guy were even doing in it besides
    >muh car ;(

It is just your average run of the mill hallmark style movie except it's blatantly Christian. It's not particularly good but it is not nearly as horrible as the cinema snob and other atheist critics make it out to be. There are far worse movies that people don't throw a temper tantrum over yet this film really gets this knickers in a twist.
