>Hey Jen remember when I tried to blow my own brains out and the green monster inside me stopped the bullet? That's nowhere near the level of suffering you face being catcalled on the streets

>Being able to survive getting shot in the head is suffering.
Why are you putting the focus on the fact that he was saved by the green monster instead of focusing on the fact that he was driven to suicide to begin with?
You sound like a retard, the point is he was at such a low point he decided to kill himself and he couldn't even manage to do it because it wasn't possible, forcing him to continue to suffer. And ya know, telling someone who's gone through that and managed to turn his life around that you know better than him what he's gone through is really fucked up.
I haven't seen this so the response by weirdos online is especially funny since it makes them look like people who talk like this.
>And that's the struggles I deal with on a daily basis
>Yeah, but what about the starving children in africa jen?
it's just downright weird that OP thinks turning into a hulk is suffering and makes you suicidal but also turning into a hulk is fine and it's catcalling that makes women really upset
yup retards who seething at jen doesnt understand that everyone had different struggle in life
The scene is literally meant to highlight Jen herself doesn't value other people's struggles, she's a huge narcissist kept down by her low self esteem, and she spends the series post-Hulking riding on a power high that comes crashing down for the finale, because she failed to acknowledge her own flaws like Bruce warned her right here.
like this anon said
people has different demon to defeat you just cant let say your drinking buddy complaining about his boss at work and then you said well you should be grateful theres more unfortunate people in ukraine, trust me you will get punch in the face by your friend
The thing you're describing is literally what Jen did you dumb gay. Bruce was trying to share his experience to prevent her having to go through what he did and she got pissed off and pretty much told him "fuck you, you don't even understand how hard my life is compared to yours, I'M A GIRL".
It's like going to an AA meeting and telling everyone there that they're asshole for trying to share their experience with you because some guy on the subway told you to smile once.
Your brain is so big
You're an idiot
Why are you trying to cope, they explicitly said they want to make chuds mad with this series. They made a whole fucking scene out of some internet comments criticizing the show.
Most likely for career reasons
I took a pop culture class, and we watched a clip of this scene. Half of the classes rolled their eyes at the sheer stupidity.
I like how she inferred that all the men that died during WW2 are losers.
She's not wrong
You're vile.
The writers of this show didn’t remember those details. They only saw Bruce as the pop culture figure he is to us, something to slap on a lunch box and play with as a toy. The character’s in universe history and the mental anguish he endured was completely invisible if it went against the needs of the current plot. This has been a problem in the MCU since Avengers 2.
Honestly the way writers treat him warrants another hard reboot
How are Bruce and Jen even close as cousins anyway? They’re like 20 years apart in age.
>Makes a Tinder profile at work.
Yup that's 128% She-Hulk.
