First of all, i'll have what he's having. Second of all before Capeshit became known as Capeshit it had potential to be something more. And then Marvel created their soiboy goyslop formula and started raking in the normalgay bucks. DC and WB sees this and desperately tries to imitate the formula. And instead of adapting good stories they choose to fail over and over. Every movie is part of le cinematic universe and ends with le laser in the sky.
The pic that was posted was from All Star Superman. One of the best and most touching Superman stories ever written. I would argue it's the Dark Knight of Superman stories. The so called "capeshit" shouldn't exist. But normies pay for easy to swallow stories. They couldn't adapt All Star Superman for fear of too many people getting gatekept
The weirdest thing of it all is that the one time they tried to make something different and good, they made the best capeshit movie of all time, won all the awards and basically sentenced the MCU to death. DC won the capeshit console wars pretty decisively in 2019 and then just choose to give up and start flopping around, I don't get it
