Fairly certain the entire point of "The Adam Friedland Show" is Nick bullying Adam, demonstrating how untalented Adam is by having him stammer through written jokes, only for Nick to give an example of how Adam should have done it by doing a vastly superior job.

You don't understand Nick. He needs to be surrounded with inferior comedians to flourish. He doesn't have the T levels to go on long hilarious rants while he's interacting with other powerful comedians, or really any other assertive force.
