I went to the Nick Hotel as a kid, I remember next to the lobby they had a long hallway with TVs on both sides of the wall all the way down playing Nickelodeon 24/7 and I distinctly remember watching Mr. Meaty on them when we first got there. The kids room where I slept was tiny, poorly lit and had a small CRT TVs with a PS2 hooked up, a bunk bed and SpongeBob theming. Also i must’ve seen SpongeBob 4-D like 5 times. Can still smell the pickle smellorizer. My parents hated it but I wanted to come back.
Art of animation’s room theming is pretty tight and their food court will surprise you. I’d go just to check out the concept sketches that decorate the lobby walls. Plus you got access to the sky liner that take you to other resorts, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The Nick hotel was sold and completed renovated.
Going to hotels is a way to relax and have fun.
