>"slash" fiction craze
I don't know what this means in context

This shows how old I am. But in the 90s there was something called the slash fiction craze, which authors - mainly women started writing fanfiction of every single male TV character in a gay relationship with another one.
It was apparently justified as you can do more interesting things with male characters.

COPIUM SNEEDMAN
yes something like that, i believe the cool kids call them "fujoshi" these days
But that's just part of the fandom, I think most women watched it straight up because they liked one of the main cast guys, and because it's sort of a slice of life in many ways
handsome dudes doing manly heroic shit.
It's most interesting to watch for female audience watchers than dyke Mary Sue womansplainin "toxic white men".
I wish Hollywood would understand what us, women, really want to see.
The nips understand the female audience, why are murrifats unable to ?
Grimm used to be pretty good
Based
The closest thing we got to a wolf among us show
>among us
SUS SUS SUS SUS SUSSY SUS SUSSSS IMPOSTOR SUS
I used to watch Grimm with my dad, I was convinced nobody else in the world watched it. Did it end on a cliffhanger or did I snooze on a final season?
women
Women are the only reason this show went on for 15 seasons
>15 seasons
yeah thats the problem
Why do women love this so much. Is it the handsome guys or some deep psychological thing? Charmed didn't go on this long.
yes
lots of male characters to "ship" and obsess over
Even that dweeb Castiel had a massive fandom
So it's just an extension of the "slash" fiction craze?

Shipping, you can compare it to fujoshi's of the west basically. The producers knew it, the actors knew it and they just rake in the cash.

HBO gaslit viewers into thinking 'good' necessities season long stories and high budgets.
season 5 is the last season i watch. the rest are non cannon
Kind of miss this kind of series, but its something designed for traditional television, doesnt work with the netflix thing
women and lefties ruined this show
>not israelites
i shiggy do da bi bam bap boop
X of the week shit only ever existed to sell ads.
Streaming is the new thing.
Monster of the week doesn't attract viewers.
If nobody's going to say it, I will. The world was a better place when Supernatural was still going.
There are, it's just that now the monsters are the ones playing the main characters instead.
>deAN, it's not tuesday anymore
women made this show last for 15 seasons - they were getting soaking wet just by looking at these guys for 3 seconds.
