How is it woke then? Furiosa repeatedly gets beaten and defeated, losing her arm in the process. She spends most of her childhood just hiding and surviving through her wits, and even then it’s only because of Praetorian Jack’s benevolence and her helping him out that allows her to rise to the level of war rig driver, and even then her chance to return home is fricked over by Dementus. The entire movie is about perseverance and hate fuelling survival.
