Films will never be good again. Films are garbage now because millenials are making them. Imagine how bad they'll be when zoomers start making them and the next moronic generation after that.

Hopefully atudios will be willing to take risks now that people will go to theaters again

Watch Old Films. There are so many older classic films that you don't need new films to be entertained. Old Films are also generally much less Pozzed so they are a refuge from that kind of crap.

I watched To Catch a Thief this weekend for the first time and it was an absolutely great kino.

The way Hitchwiener plays with light and shadow in the climactic finale was amazing.
The general plot and dialogue between Cary Grant and Grace Kelly was very engrossing.
Grace Kelly is also a literal 10/10 beauty that we don't ever see cast anymore.

Hitchwiener films are boring as hell. Never understood the hype

Agreed. Only have seen Vertigo and Rear Window and don't have any motivation to watch anything else. Rear Window is pretty good but Vertigo was excruciatingly boring; don't understand how people consider it a "masterpiece." Plus the final act is fricking moronic.

Vertigo is so long and slow that the first time I saw it, I thought it was nearing the end the first time they went up the tower. Strangers on a Train and North By Northwest are much more pacy and engaging.

North By Northwest is action packed compared to Vertigo, which I agree is overrated.

Marvel movies are more your speed, I guess.

Lol shut up homosexual. Both Hitchwiener and marvel suck in their right

There's a difference between slow pace and straight boring shit that provides noting to engage you. Hitchwiener makes boring movies and pseuds pretend it's masterpiece because it's not PC to say otherwise.

Based China/India enjoyer. I try to turn as many people as I can on to this stuff because most Westerners just aren't even aware of it. I just got into Chinese and Induan stuff the last couple years and realized I love a lot of it.

Honestly just give up on modern Western movies and television if you can't stand this crap. I did and I'm just much happier not inudating myself with it. I still like to watch older American movies and TV, but as far as newer stuff, I just got sick of all this garbage and started disregarding it. It was good because it made me realize I really liked a lot of foreign TV and movies and now I really enjoy Korean, Chinese, Indian, South American, Japanese TV and movies.

What are some entry-level India/Chinakinos I, a pleb of middling IQ, can enjoy? Preferably something in the action/adventure mold.

Other India/China poster here too. All of these good ones. Also I'll recommend you a few good Chinese television dramas too. You can find a lot of them just on Youtube with fansubs:

          Minning Town
          The Rebel
          The New Snow Leopard
          Inside Man

Just a few off the top of my head there, there are tons of good ones

Stop watching them and they will be good in no time.
But the sad thing is that you can't stop watching them. Yes, YOU are the problem
